About us

Chelson Construction Services' objective is to help customers receive the services that result in a finished product that meets their needs and expectations. We discuss the owner's goals in order to provide or implement the building plans that will realize their personal vision. Douglas Chelson has a Ph.D. in project management, ten years of experience as a project manager, and fifteen years as a college professor of construction management. With this broad and deep understanding of building materials and methods, he is able to produce a plan tailored to the client's needs. Chelson Construction Services is versatile. It can use existing plans or structures or make designs out of your ideas in remodels and additions, new homes, and business spaces. CCS has the ability to do contract work, to make the product professional and the schedule timely, but also does many services inhouse, which results in lower costs and more specialized customer service.
