ACE Construction & Remodeling

Description of Work: I called them in Dec 2016 to get an estimate on tiling a bathroom shower. They came out looked at the job, gave me a quote which I accepted and said they would start right after the new year. Well 2 months went by and I never heard a work from them. I finally got a hold of Ephraim,which I might add, after leaving him numerous messages which he never once returned. This went on for another 2 months without a word from them even though they assured me they wanted the job.I told David once that if he changed his mind about doing the job for whatever reason, just please tell me and I would have no hard feelings. Once again I was told that they wanted the job. This went on until the first of June and I hired another contractor to do the job. Every word of this review is true and my reason for posting it is simply this. Can you imagine with all the trouble I have had trying to get them to start a job they said they wanted, can you imagine what it would be like trying to get them to come back if a problem arose. This is no way to operate a legitimate company.
