Description of Work: James and Jon installed a hardwood floor in our master bedroom, built a wheelchair ramp from our back deck to front driveway and another ramp on our lower level. They also installed a roof over our back patio. They do excellent work. The do all types of home improvement construction, inside and out. 6/24/12 update: I am sorry to say that the last small job did not go so well. James and Jon put up a corrugated plastic ceiling over one end of my patio. They put it up real fast and now so well. When it rained the water bulged in spots in between lines of screws and did not drain. We had to take a big broom and push up on the bulges to get the water to drain. I called James several times and he promised to return to fix it. After 4 weeks of no show, my husband fixed it himself and to date we have not heard from J & J again. This is very disappointing because they did good work for 99% of what they did for us. I don't know why they did a shoddy job on this last very small part and would not return to make it right. for this reason I have downgraded and responsiveness and professionalism to "D". Previously, I marked these both as "A".
