+ -1 moreHad to blast out rock to build basement. Poured basement walls. Prepped basement for future finishing. Because the basement is not a walkout, suggested that I add bathtub while the opening to basement is large enough. (Wouldn't have been able to get it into the basement after stairs were installed.) Built house after helping me with selections of brick or siding. Helped with all the decisions I had to make concerning appliances and finishes. I have lived in the house for 12 years and am completely satisfied with the work. The basement has stayed totally dry the whole time. I needed to have repairs done to the rood and the siding after a severe storm in 2012 and was totally satisfied with the repairs
Description of Work: Provided architect plans, provided subcontractors and completed the building of the house.
