Description of Work: Rep arrived on time and worked hard to install new wheels on my two garage doors. He also tightened spring on one of the doors. I also purchased a new remote and he programmed it for me. The price was a little higher than I expected but am not complaining as he did a great job and I'm happy with the results.

 + -1 moreOn the whole, everything went extremely well. The service provider was prompt, did the work efficiently, and did a good job. I would use the service again. One comment: It would have been nice had the SP letting me know when the service was scheduled to occur. I would have liked to have been present when the work was performed. I actually had some questions to discuss before the work was done. And it's always nice to put a face to a name, even if it's a company name. If the SP did not receive my phone number from AL, then it's understandable that I was not contacted. However, if the SP did have my phone number, then SP should have called in advance. SP should realize that communication with the customer is essential, it's as important as doing the actual job.

 + -1 moreJohn showed up exactly as scheduled with a helper. They went right to work on the patio rock wall. When they finished I asked for a price to power wash the driveway and sidewalk and he gave me a good price. They did a very good job for a reasonable price.
