Very fast response to set up a time to complete work. Worked around my schedule and completed work promptly. House looked great.

A couple of weeks ago, I submitted a request for an estimate. A young lady (Cat) with the company came over and performed the estimate. She was prompt and polite. I was satisfied with the amount, and we set up an appointment for the pressure washing for the following Monday. When the young man (Rick) who handles the pressure washing got to my house, he found that my deck wasn't quite what he was expecting. He did not realize that the deck was on the second floor of my townhouse, nor did he realize that there was no faucet in the back of the unit. I thought for a moment that he was going to tell me that we would have to reschedule, but this was not the case. He called his boss (Mike), and they decided to send a water tank over to my place, and the job was done that day. Both Rick and Mike were considerate of the situation, and they were particularly generous in providing what I believe to be extraordinarily good service. A couple of days later, a young man (Jordan) from the company came over and replaced a few bad boards and built some additional braces to strength the structure. He was polite and courteous and worked hard in extremely hot and humid conditions, and he was particularly concerned that everything that he was doing met with my satisfaction. It did. Finally, after a few days of dealing with the consequences of Hurricane Bill, Jordan, Cat, and another young man came to stain the deck. They arrived promptly and they finished the job in a timely and efficient manner. In the end, I am extremely happy with the results, and I'll use them again in the future.

I was scheduled for am service call; staff arrived out 4 pm without prior call of running late. Staff was professional and quality of work was satisfactory.

Amazing job! I don't know how they were able to remove the black stuff that had built up on our gutters and some that had started to build up on our siding. It would have taken me days to do it myself but the guy that came out did everything in about an hour. I'm definitely going to use them again. A++++++

It went great. He came about 9-9:30. Got right to work. He did the job had me look to make sure it was done to my satisfaction . I looked it over and told him he had done a good job and he left.

Everything went great! The guy who came out was very professional and kind. He worked very hard the whole time he was here, and he walked around with me to double-check everything. He made sure I knew that if we were unhappy with anything that the company would make it right. However, we were thrilled with the work. We just bought this 20 year old house a few months ago, and it definitely needed some upkeep. This cleaning has made a huge difference in how good the house looks. We will definitely be using them again if we need them, and I recommend them.

Very pleased with service provided. The young guy that came to do the work was super nice. He was running late to my house but called to tell me he was delayed. I very much appreciated that call. Took him about an hour to hour and a half to pressure wash the house. House looks better than it has in years. If they offer this Angie’s Big Deal again next year I will definitely have them back. I would use again if running a special price.

they did a good job of pressure washing our house but the solution they used burned many of the plants around the perimeter of the house or even close to it. they had told us that it would not do that or we would have covered them. we are trying to get our house looking its best as we plan to put it on the market to sell. and now our landscaping looks unhealthyl. I know they will eventuall recover but my hydrangea and clematis were full of blooms. now all dead. they also left the solution on all the windows to bake in the sun, so the windows were horribly spotted. they came back out and rinsed the windows but at that point it did little good. the guy told us that this had happened one time before with the solution burning plants. Because of that experience, you would think they would have taken the time to rinse the solution off or suggest that we cover the plants. I am just sick! our landscaping looked so nice.

The cleaning went very well. He was nice and friendly and completed the service to my satisfaction.

They travels about 25-30 miles to come to our house, as we are in different cities. We has green mold on one side of the house. They showed up as scheduled and pressure washed the vinyl on all 4 sides of my home. They were professional and they provided the services I expected.

He showed up promptly and didn't charge any extra when the job took longer than expected. I have white vinyl siding which was very dirty, stained green in places and lots of bird poop. The house looked like new afterwards! I will definitely use their services again.

They did a great job powerwashing. The only complaint I would have is that they used some sort of ammonia, and it became puddled on a wooden deck, and it was difficult to remove. I was also hoping they would give me an estimate for some other work I needed done, but I never heard from them again. They also got the work done in a timely manner.

I have two decks and a wood fence all the way around the backyard. He power washed and re-stained them inside and out. It took approximately 4 days to complete the work. Everything was really good. They were on time and listened very well to my concerns. They even came back on a Sunday to finish the work.

They did a good job. They wanted to make sure we were happy before they left. We also asked them for an estimate for staining a play set in our backyard as well. They touched this up after finishing the deck. They stand behind their work. They pressure washed one day and then stained it another. I see no room for improvements.

This worked out well. I was pleased with the service. I paid $99 for the deal and this covered all of the work that was done. While they were out, I also asked about other services around the house I was looking to have done. He was able to give me the estimate on the spot. The quality was great. I can really see a difference in the cement after the work. I am very happy with the service and the worker who came out was very friendly, professional and did a good job.

This was great! I ended up hiring them for other home improvements which included installation of four ceiling fans and lights. This deal covered the back of my house and garage door since the rest of my house is brick. They were very responsive. Overall, Rick Thomas was very good at what he does and would consider having him back. I see no room for improvements and may use them again next year for the same job.

My big concern was not leaving water spots on the paint and in between the panes on the storm windows on my home. My worst fears came true. It was up to me to dry my soffits to avoid the paint spots. It was not a convenient time for me to fall in and participate but it was then or never. My front windows still have a multitude of water spots and I will now need to remove the storms once again in the spring to clean inside them. It's very frustrating as I had just completed that task. On the plus side, the technician made a very worthy and sincere effort to remove some stains on the lower left side and I commend him for that.

They were prompt and friendly, but equipment wasn’t working well. Everything looks better than before but possibly could be better if the equipment was functioning 100%.

He worked hard to do a good job in a timely manner. Very conscientious, courteous and respectful of both me and my property. When he had finished and put up all of his equipment we noticed a small spot that he had missed. Without a word of complaint he unpacked his equipment and finished the job. I would not hesitate to use this company again for any pressure washing that I needed.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They did a great job. He was very kind and attentive. I asked him to pay attention to certain areas and he did. The pricing was competitive.

Results were great! Siding looked clean as did all of my concrete surfaces. Service was efficient and I was most pleased.
