Description of Work: Installed ceiling fan. They are very busy because they are good and reasonably priced. We are not using them again because we moved.

+ -1 moreI contacted Mr. Glass about fixing a light that wasn't working on my patio. He returned my call promptly and we made an appointment. He was scheduled to come and quot;around noon or 1:00and quot; on Aug. 22. At 1:00 he called and said he was on his way. He is located in Georgetown and I live in Georgetown so I was expecting it to take 20-30 minutes at the most for him to arrive. It is now 2:30 and he has not shown up or called. When I attempted to call him I got what I am assuming is his office voice mail. He does not appear to have a cell phone. I am not sure what happened since his reviews here are good. If he had called me to explain the delay or told me he wouldn't be here until a later time, I might feel differently. UPDATE - Mr. Glass called me the next morning and said he had and quot;gotten phone numbers confusedand quot; and worked all afternoon the previous day at another person's house who he thought was me. I thanked him for calling but said we had already gotten someone else to do the repair. While I appreciated him taking time to call and explain, if he is that easily confused then I'm not sure I want him working on electrical repairs in my home!

Description of Work: Fixed electrical problems found during home inspection when purchasing our home which included major breaker box work. Also completed new installation of outlets and closet lighting.

+ -1 moreThe dryer was causing the breaker to trip every time we did a load. We were getting ready to purchase a new washer dryer, but I called Glass to make sure it had not damaged the breaker and to do a more thorough electrical inspection. David Glass found a bad wire going into the breaker which had not been identified at the home inspection, and went though the wires on every breaker to make certain there were no other issues. He ended up moving a couple around to make it more efficient. Thy dryer works great now and no more trips to the breaker box. Also feel much more comfortable that the box has been thoroughly inspected. Very professional and extremely knowledgeable.
Description of Work: Did a thorough inspection on our breaker box and made some minor repairs to improve the circuit loads.
