+ -1 moreWhen I installed newly bought Microsoft Publisher 2012, the Office 2007 product stopped working properly. I contacted Microsoft for online tech support, but it ended in vain. The tech person said there was no conflict issue and told me that I had to pay $99 for support. Yes, there was the conflict. Ben fixed it for me. Not only all the problem I mentioned to him, he fixed other problems that he saw. I used Staples last fall for virus removal and paid about $150. Their service was good but didn't touch other problems. I highly recommend Ben's service. My friend recommended me to use him and I am very pleased.
