+ -1 moreI had a choice of spending 1200.00 dollars to replace the directional valve or spend double and replace the unit. I chose to spend more and have a unit with a warranty than still have a compressor and other parts that were out of warranty Jason was very good to layout the options and the cost of each.

+ -1 moreHad an underperforming hvac unit. Called and had to leave a message. The provider called back and said he was very booked up but would call back during the week to schedule a time. He never called so I called again. He restated how busy he was and then said it would be the next week some time. He sounded somewhat frantic and a bit defensive. I told him no problem. The problem was he never called back. The date is now July 8.
