Description of Work: Contacted Professional Properties to come to our home and look at a major repair (outdoor chimney). Contacted 2-3 times and each time were assured the quote would be sent immediately. Last contact - last week promised to send as soon as we were off the phone, still no quote.

+ -1 moreAs a result of hail storm damage the roof leaked causing mold soaked wallboard, and damaged carpet. The company replaced the roof, carpet, damaged wallboard, base molding and painted the room with two coats. All of the workers were precise, great at their respective trades, were meticulous in their work, and cleaned completely. Prior to the internal repairs, they removed the damaged wallboard, baseboard, carpet/padding. They sprayed a mold removal agent and ran a commercial dehumidifier and two air handlers for three days to remove the excess moisture.
Description of Work: Replaced Roof and repaired internal damage.

+ -1 moreOur insurance company recommended them and it was the beginning part of an insurance claim. The insurance company paid it. They were fine. They were prompt, professional and thorough. The downside was that when it comes to replacing the entire roof, they act as a general contractor and they would subcontract the actual repair so we are not having them do that. They work for the insurance company so there is always a lower quality product than if we do it on our own. I don't know if I would use them for work but I would get a quote from them.
Description of Work: We used Professional Properties to do minor roof repairs. We had suffered some wind damage and the insurance company sent them out to do an evaluation and make a minor repair. They reattached about 3 square feet of shingles and conducted an entire inspection of the roof.
