Description of Work: Refrigerator icemaker fill hose kept freezing up; thus, no ice being made. Joe with Premier, and highly familiar with my 10 year old side by side Whirlpool, said it was probably the water valve on the refrigerator not working properly and allowing water to drip in the hose and freeze. While he was here, he checked the icemaker itself and determined the coating that allows the ice cubes to release and drop out was flaking (it really did look nasty). He recommended that it be replaced as well. That didn't surprise me as I had a similar problem with the icemaker on previous Whirlpool refrigerator after a number of years. He replaced both the water valve and icemaker at, what I considered to be a very reasonable price, having checked the price of both online prior to his visit. Joe even came back out 2 more times to check on it because, to me, it seemed to take forever for it to produce the first set of ice cubes and then a full bin of ice cubes as compared to the old icemaker. Took a couple of days to finally get a full bin of ice cubes, even though I wasn't using any; but, it has been kicking out ice cubes just fine every since then. I would definitely recommend Premier Appliance.

Description of Work: We came home from being out of town and my washer wasn't working properly, I called and they came the same day. He figured out what was wrong, ordered the part and by Friday was here to install the part. I would use them again.

Description of Work: Refrigerator had no power. Premium responded in one hour. Determined the receptacle was pushed against the wall plugged. Was able to connect to the second connector on the wall jack. They were very professional and had the problem resolved in less than a hour. Cost for the call was extremely low. I plan to use them in the future for any appliance problems.
