Environments Service Group

The work was completed in June/July, 2016. The driveway and walkway look great and the landscaping was very good (except for mulching too much/too close to backyard gate). However, two of the plants died and two are very close to dying and I have left messages twice in the last two weeks (early June, 2017) to get them replaced (total cost for these four plants was $140) and I have not yet heard from then (it is now June 23, 2017). Also, promised to bury downspout drains last year and that was never done. In addition, company broke cable line when digging up old drive way and this took nearly three months to fix.

We have used Environments Services for ten years. They have provided interior and exterior painting. They have also preformed other repair around the house such as siding repair. I will continue to use Environments Service because they are reliable, trustworthy and do great work. Over the ten years we have used them I have asked for a couple of very minor touch-ups after the job was complete. There was never any argument or complaining, they simply showed up and fixed the minor issues. Environments Services is a pleasure to do business with and I recommend them to anyone looking for quality but competitively priced painting or home repair services.

Mr Heine sent a professional crew to paint the interior of my home. The painters were courteous and very detail oriented. Their work truly exceeded my expectations. I was so impressed at how tidy they were and how they cleaned up on a daily basis. I would highly recommend their services. They were even kind enough to let my dog out while I was at work.

From the estimate to the completion of the job, this company was responsive and communicated very well. They followed-up with phone calls and questions and made sure the job was being done in the manner I wanted. I attempted to get estimates from other companies and it was a very difficult task to get phone calls returned. ESC was by far the most responsive and quickest to come to my home, and return an estimate along with the time-frame of when they could complete the job. The men who performed the work were very professional and skilled while taking notice of making sure they were curtious of me and my family. Rob, the owner, came physically to the job each and every day to make sure things were done to his satisfaction. Don, who provided the sales service and estimate, was very professional and responsive to phone calls and always followed-up with me. The finished product looks great! My driveway is flat and ESC did and very good job making sure the concrete itself along with the yard was at an angle for proper drainage. The crew cleaned up well and reseeded the yard because they had to rework the slope for drainage. I would use this company again for any concrete or landscaping needs. They completed the job for the same price as the estimate I received even though I asked for a couple "extras" such as making a short walkway wider than the origional one.

It took two weeks to get scheduled and our scheduled date was delayed a few days due to the weather. The work completed was very well done. The price was extremely competitive.
