+ -1 moreIt went very well (we have used them multiple times). they get out almost all stains - except for one red "kool aid" type stain and black air infiltration around the edges of a stairway that are above the garage. So they get out almost all the stains/dirt. Carpets look like new again - and they correctly noted in advance the two stains they said they might not be successful. They have also cleaned the carpeting in our RV.
Description of Work: Cleaned carperts - 4 bedrooms, 2 stairs, 1 long hallway, 1 living room and 1 family room and padding on three kitchen bar stools. Carpet is beige and 14 years old

+ 0 moreI gave Greg the rooms, steps and chair as what was to be cleaned. He gave me .40 per sq. ft. We chatted on the phone. He came to the house, was prompt and did a fantastic job. I have an old,worn carpet and this is the best it's ever looked Still looking good now(4/05/10) I would highly recommend him, in fact I did to my son.

I HAVE TO AGREE.
