Services we offer

We offer diagnosis and repair of servers, desktops, laptops, tablets, and phones running Windows, Mac, Linux, iOS, and Android. We replace parts, remove viruses, repair software errors, and do some simple data recovery. We assess, diagnose, and fix network issues from the simple to the complex, covering servers, switches, routers, firewalls, proxies, and access points. We can setup active directories, custom content filters, VPN's, VLAN's, offsite backups, Exchange services, and much more.

Services we don't offer

We do NOT fix CRT monitors and TV's (the deep, non-flatscreen kind. We do NOT unlock, flash, or jailbreak smartphones. We do NOT fix inkjet printers beyond some basic troubleshooting. We do NOT buy electronic equipment more than four years old. We do NOT do component-level repair (except in specific circumstances).
