One of the blinds recently failed. We called them to see if they had parts and they said the blinds were under a lifetime guarantee so we just had to bring them in for them to fix for free. They were so nice. They were great on the phone, they have a drop off room next to them in case you can't get there during business hours. It has a key pad so you can put in the code they give you and leave it off in this room and pick it up the same way. It's highly convenient and they realize not everyone can get there during the day. They got out of their way to make it easy. They repaired it quickly, it was a great quality product. I probably paid more for it but now I'm not replacing my blinds. They've done very well by us. I'll call them in a heartbeat if anything happens and I'd definitely recommend them to friends.

13 years ago we purchased venetian blinds from Blinds Direct for all the wndows in our new house. We recently began to experience a problem with the closing mechanism on several blinds that we open and close every day. I contacted Blinds Direct to find out how much it would cost to repair them. I was amazed to find out we had a life time warranty - we could just drop them off to be fixed at no charge. Seriously I did not think such service existed anymore. The folks at Blinds Direct were very, very nice and they make it very easy to work with them by providing after hours drop off services. Our blinds have been repaired quickly and I am very happy that I bought my blinds through this company.
Description of Work: The closing control for our venetian blinds would no longer work. Blinds Direct repaired them for free as part of their life time warranty.

THE BLINDS ARE NORMALLY FINISHED ABOUT TWO WEEKS AFTER YOU MOVE INTO YOUR HOME, BUT FOR SOME REASON THE BLINDS WERE INSTALLED THE DAY THAT WE MOVED IN, WHICH IN OUR OPINION WAS TERRIFIC!
