He did a great job in a timely manner and charged exactly what he quoted! I will absolutely call All Clear next time I need my windows washed.

Could not have been better! The owner Scott arrived right on time. He did the best window cleaning I've ever had. I have 8 flip out windows and 2 small bathroom windows.

Terrific. The service was scheduled right away and he arrived right on time and went right to work. We were leaving the house sooner than expected, so he started on the inside so that we could lock up before we left.

Scott Unselt the owner of All Clear does all of the work, and scheduling himself. He's always prompt, professional and does a fantastic job of cleaning our windows. After his first service we signed on to have him clean twice a year on-going. We really enjoy working with him, and his pricing is extremely reasonable.

I've used his service before and as before he was prompt, cordial and professional. He cleaned both sides of the plain glass windows (not stained glass per out agreement) and the accompanying storm windows. He was professional, efficient and did his normal great job. I will definitely use him again next year!

My windows look great! Some of my windows in the back are three stories high. I had glue on one of the high windows from when it had been replaced and he was able to remove all of it. Scott is very nice and was pleasant to work with. I will use him again.

Provider was easy to schedule with. He showed up when he said he would. I was not home at the time. He emailed me when he was done, explaining what he did and included pictures. A tree had dented one of my gutters, and he bent it back into shape.

First off, I want to apologize for not submitting a review earlier. When I was contacted after the service was performed, I responded that no, I hadn't used this company's services - because I didn't recognize the name of the company - All Clear Window Cleaning - because he had cleaned my gutters (duh!) Sorry, Scott! I was scheduled a day or so after calling, He was cheerful, professional, thorough, and timely. No more overflowing gutters!

He showed up exactly when he said he would. He quickly went to work and had the job done in a short time. Very personable and knowledgeable. I plan on having him back in the fall.

Very professional, well-spoken man. Called on Thursday and left a message. He returned our call in two hours and set up a time for Saturday at 1:00 p.m. Around 12 he called and let us know he was running a tad late. Was right on time as he had said and got right to the source of the problem--leaves clogging my gutters. He was here 45 minutes. He took his ladders and climbed right up on top of the roof and walked around to check all the gutters. I have a ranch style home and was very pleased with how fast he worked. I will be calling him for future window cleaning!

The gentleman from All Clear Window Cleaning Inc was very nice, he was very patient with the work that he had to do, he did an excellent job. He was very reasonable as he had to do a lot of work.

With excellent ratings as well as being a local company, I call Scott at All Clear. He gave me an estimate and time he could come. Scott arrived exactly when expected (calling before he came). Polite and professional, he cleaned every window, inside and out, streak free. He could not have been nicer. I felt very comfortable having him in my home. Scott owns the company and does all the work himself. A pleasure doing business with him.

I had a 'small' job and worried I wouldn't be able to find a quality company willing to do, however, All Clear was friendly, very professional and did a great job - I will definitely call this company again and highly recommend them for both large and small jobs.

Scott did such a nice job when he cleaned our windows a couple of years ago, we kept his name and number on-file. It is great to have a reliable and effective company to call for this maintenance service. Scott called back promptly when I left a voicemail to set up an appointment. He called to confirm the morning of the appointment. When he arrived he could see the kids and I were wearing shoes, and he still put on shoecovers for the interior work. He worked quickly and as quietly as he could because the baby was sleeping. Looking at the windows now, I cannot believe how dirty they were before. Great job!

What more can I say than what I have said above. It's not often that you find someone that you thoroughly trust to do work around your home at an affordable price for work well done by someone who has so many attributes as Scott Unselt of All Clear Window and Gutter Cleaning. He cleaned my gutters on 3/27/2012 and I am so happy with what he did and how he did it that I just have to pass it on - so others know about him. He is so professional, friendly, nice, does everything he says he will do at the time he says he will do it and at a price that is affordable. All Clear Window and Gutter Cleaning - Scott Unselt - has been cleaning my gutters for about five years now. He is exceptional, honest, clean, friendly, nice, competent, professional and does a very good job, as well as being affordable. He cleans my gutters which are always full of debris and leaves and does a really good job. He works by himself, arrives promptly, answers his emails and tells you when he will be here and keeps his word. I had gutter guards on my gutters which look awful, have put rust stains on my new driveway but I didn't know if they helped or not. Scott told me that they didn't help - but caused more leaves to accumulate and stop up the gutters. I asked him if he would take the guards off and he did. He was going to pick them up also - but I told him I would do that. He cleaned the gutters, then blew the residue out, blew all of the leaves off of the roof as well, then cleaned all of the areas where the leaves had fallen down, which included my patios and driveway. You couldn't tell he had been there, except that it looked much nicer and gave me a good feeling to know that my gutters wouldn't pour water all over the patio when it rains now. He is a special person and does a special job and doesn't try to tell you that you need more work done than you need. I would highly recommend him. He may not need any more work, but he should be commended for his honorable and exceptional service to this community. ugh

All Clear Window has cleaned my gutters every year for the past five years. I call a certain man at that firm and cannot believe he is so nice, competent, punctual, professional, trustworthy, honest. There aren't enough kind words to say about All Clear Window.

I contacted All Clear through Angie's List. They called within a few days. They put me on the schedule. On the date of service I received an email from All Clear telling me I was on the schedule, and though it was supposed to storm, the would probably still be able to do the windows. If not, they would come the next day. The windows were cleaned as scheduled. Then I received an email telling me the job was done, and also pointed out a few windows which had lost their seal. When I went home, the windows looked great...I don't know how they got the front door so clean! (It had a wrought iron gate in front of it...but it was so clean!!).

Overall, we were very happy with the services provided by Scott Unselt -- owner of All Clear Window Cleaning. He charges a reasonable $8 per window and he was punctual, friendly, and very professional. He removes and replaces all of the screens, and works in a very efficient and timely manner. We will definitely use him again in the future and have already referred his services to friends and neighbors.
