Description of Work: Repairs to Heat and A/C beginning June 2011. We have a AHS warranty so cost was not an issue. Problem with the company was responsive and lack of customer friendly customer service. Our original repair to A/C heat pump involved replacing a system panel. The company had to order but never called to follow up on when order was placed and when work would be completed. I called repeatedly only to be put off. Finally called AHS and raised a little cain. Part finally came in after 3 weeks of near 100 degree temps. They wanted to add us to tail end of calendar to send technician out. AHS must have built a fire under them because they were here within a couple of days. We were having new kitichen cabinets installed during this time and carpenter and his wife suffered miserably but did an outstanding job. Then a couple months blower fan developed a major problem but furnace still worked. We ended up getting a new furnace. Install went OK until technician put in an order for some duct work. They outsource that work and we were left up in the air on when work would be done--they had to wait on their sheet metal shop to get to the project. Again called AHS to intervene and get prompter service to complete work. Lastly, compressor in our heat pump went out and had to replaced. Took some time because of scheduling conflicts but work was finished yesterday. When I called office, owner told us through his office staff that as far as he knew job was done. Needless to say I don't recommend them, not because technicians do unsatisfactory work (in fact our tech was quite good as far as I can tell) but because the owner and his office staff aren't responsive and up-to-date on status of work orders.
