I am loving my home now thanks to Ben. He found the problem quickly, ordered the parts and was back to do the work all in a very short period of time. If you want someone to do it right the first time, give him a call. He is the most honest contractor I have had the pleasure to work with and many years.

I also had a problem with heat and air not working upstairs from the date of the original installation. He said it has to have an air return up there too. Only charged 70.00 to come out and do all this. Working up a quote and said he will take that charge back off the bill. I will update when work complete. Very nice, honest guy.

I used another provider who installed a new unit within 3 days.

The entire process was done without incident. I called Ben to get a quote on the equipment with installation, and within a couple of hours he called me back with the price, which I agreed to. He then called back just a short time later to tell me that the new unit was ordered and would be arriving the following Monday and that he'd install it that afternoon. On Monday he arrived about 30 minutes early as he was able to pick the new unit up earlier than expected. He proceeded to go right to work and was done about 5 hours later. The new unit works perfectly. I'm extremely satisfied with the entire project. Oh, and going back to the price, his price for the exact same heat pump and install was $1453 less than I had been quoted by another far larger company just the day before.
