Description of Work: I called for an inspection of my system. The person arrived very promptly, and we discussed possible solutions and various equipment types. I was told that I would receive a price quote that offered a few options on the replacement, and different equipment types that had different warranties. I was eventually contacted by the office, and offered one price with absolutely no details on what the price included. They were to check and call me back. They did not call back, so I called again, and was only given one choice on equipment, the most expensive choice, and no options as I discussed with the guy who came out to my house. The person at the office was to check on the options. He never called back, so I called again. Again, no optional solutions were given to me at this third conversation. I have yet to receive any prices and options as I had hoped for, and at this time, will search else where for my situation.
