The choice of repair was not given on this review but that is what Kyle did for our mini-split. We may need to replace it one day but this guy got our 19 year old heater/AC operational again. Thank you Kyle! You are the best!

When the original HVAC company (Gibson's) placed my units during my build-out, we had problems from the very start, They were brand new units going into a brand new building yet, they didn't work properly. Thousands of dollars and several companies later, no one seemed to know how to fix the problem, and Gibson's basically refused to honor their work. Recently the HVAC system stopped working all together. I found Kyle's on Angies list and decided to give them a try. I am so glad I did! After listening to what I had been going through and explaining to Kyle what other companies had told me the potienial problem was along with potential high priced fixes (from the drain pipes for the HVACS never being glued together and drained properly, to suggesting replacing the units) Kyle decided to think outside the box. After a thorough investigation, Kyle figured out what the problem was and came up with a solution. He is super friendly and very professional. He fixed the problem quickly. If I EVER need an HVAC company again, I will most definitely call Kyle! If I EVER hear of someone needing an HVAC guy I will point them in his direction. Hands down the best kept secret HVAC company in Kentucky! I can not say enough good things about this company. I am extremely happy with his work and grateful he chose to add me to his work load. Kyle treats his customers with respect. He listens and investigates before offering his honest recommendations.

Kyle was prompt and thorough. He not only repaired the issue but replaced a few minor parts at a minimal cost that were close to failing, saving us an additional service call later this summer.
