Great. They were able to get the product ordered and installed despite the COVID pandemic. There were some unexpected issues that arose at the time of installation, but they were able to negotiate it and install the Awning. We love it and use it everyday.

Andi made selection very easy , and installation team came back a second day as they did not have what was needed to install the first Day , and wanted to make sure it was installed properly.

Terrible, they came measured ordered the awning 6 weeks later it arrived they installed which took about 20 mins for a $650 installation fee but the awning is too small and allows the sun to shine into our room and is ruining our furniture. Contacted them they came back said they covered the windows, I told them when they came to measure how the sun came around the house and needed the house covered to prevent this,awning needed to be 1-2 feet longer. They came back wanted me to purchase an awning 6 feet longer and to pay another $650 installation fee. Do not use this company they will not stand by their work. I spent $3500 for nothing!

Andi came out right after I called her and we started with what would look and be the best product. She emailed my price quote within a couple of days. After the flat pan cover was ordered Kevin and his team were out within a couple of weeks and began installation. It was completed in two days and I have enjoyed it from day one! They were very professional and I would recommend them if you are looking for something to cover your deck.

The work went well. Their strong suit is their excellent customer service. They encountered a few issues along the way and kept us informed every step of the way. The quality of the workmanship was excellent and they accommodated my special requests.

Kentucky Awning Company/KB Construction did a wonderful job turning what used to be a very basic deck into what is now a beautiful outdoor living space. Throughout the process, they were our trusted advisers, presenting us with a variety of options and helping us weigh the pros and cons of each decision. They listened to us regarding our budget, our goals for how we wanted to use the space, and developed a customized plan for us. They explained the process to us in advance, and worked with us to minimize disruptions throughout the construction phase. We were thoroughly impressed with their attention to detail and the quality of the workmanship. In spite of weather delays and a few unexpected surprises (to be expected with any construction project!), our new awning, deck, and screened room were ready well in advance of spring weather, and we are already enjoying both of them whenever the weather is warm enough to do so. They have been very good about follow ups to make sure that we are happy with the results, and we would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to tackle an awning or deck project. Their work has added tremendous value to our home, and some outdoor spaces that we will enjoy for many years to come.

It went well. I've used them for my gallery a number of years ago. They did a great job with the new awning where it doesn't flap or stretch out. They put the awnings up in no time. The awnings look great, the lettering is easy to read. They're very easy to work with.

They were timely and got the work done in a adequate amount of time. Everyone that we had contact with was very kind and courteous. They cleaned up after themselves. Anything that I've needed fixed they've been more than happy to assist with.
