Service was professional on time and on budget!

l had more gutter footage than the advertised price of $180 covered. The increase was $125, ouch!. All downspouts were clogged! They were all cleaned all out and the gutters and downspouts were all retightened. Work very well now!

Initially responsive, contractor stopped communicating and I am unfortunately forced to look elsewhere.

It was a good quote so I have nothing really against them. It was a little bit expensive, that is why we did not end up going with them. The responsiveness was good. We got hold of them and they came out here when they were supposed to. They were here on time when they were supposed to be to do the quote.

Gardner services found many incorrectly installed areas of the gutters and repaired them all.

Cleaned gutters. He also installed a new down spout because gutters above garage drained away from existing down spout.

The employee met me at the house at the agreed on time, we discussed the issue. They showed up the next day while I was at work and completed the project, all debris was removed, but it was clear the job was finished and done exactly as described.

I had been experiencing serious leaks from my front porch down into my basement, and had asked the advice of many professionals. None wanted to take the job, until I called Mr. Gardner, who is an engineer. He examined the situation for a few minutes and determined that the problem could be corrected around the porch gutters and roof flashing. We set a date; he showed up promptly with an assistant, and got to work. They finished the job in less than an hour and also repaired a sagging gutter on the other side of the porch. The next day, there was a heavy rain, so I was eager to see how the repair would work. It worked perfectly: no water came into the porch siding. It has been several weeks since the job, and I have had no problems. I am delighted with this solution.
