CABINET CONCEPTS

I would not recommend using this company at all. We had multiple problems with them, but I'll just give the highlights. They had "Coach" come out and do the initial visit and take our order. We went to their office to confirm our purchase. Then Matthew called and said he needed to confirm which cabinets we wanted. I told him to order the ones we picked out in the shop. However, when they installed the cabinets, the ones they put in were of lesser quality than what we had picked. They insisted that we were being charged for the cabinets they installed rather than the more expensive cabinets we had requested. They had already installed them before we realized the error. I had told them no paricleboard, then found that they had used paricleboard under the sink, the worst place possible. Kickplates literally fell off within a week. The new pantry we had installed looked like it was not square, based on the way it lined up with the floor, but they assured me that it was the floor that was not square. However, we just had the floor replaced and, surprise, the pantry is not square. I'm not sure how this company is still in business.

**DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY** I got an initial estimate on cabinets 08/14/2017 for our new house to go in our kitchen and our bathrooms. On 10/13/2017, we paid $3,000.00 to have them ordered and they advised us we would pay the rest upon completion. They deposited the check and not to be heard from. Our builder has tried to check on the status of them for a while now with the runaround. Our builder is ready for them and yesterday, 12/5/2017 he was told they were never ordered. My Husband tried to call them and no call back! I (Erin) went there to find out what happened and what the problem was. Apparently they had a past problem with another client of our builders and decided they were not going to make our cabinets. That's right. Someone else they have a problem with and we have gone all this time (since they CASHED the check) thinking our cabinets were being made! No phone calls to tell us we were not getting cabinets EVER!!! When I went there the owner didn't even have the respect to talk to me but rather throw his checkbook at someone else to write me a check. How can you operate a business like that? I am on a timeline with my construction loan to have the house completed. I CANNOT complete my house without my cabinets. If they didn't want to make them, they should have told us on 08/14/2017. That would have given us plenty of time since we got estimates from other places and went with them. I wish we never knew of the place. Coach Hubbard sold his business to Matthew Shuy and has ran in straight in to the ground! How can you treat people like this and still be in business is beyond me. If they didn't want to do them, just tell someone. All this time we had no clue they NEVER planned to make them but sure did use my money...
