Trenton was very professional and thorough. I was there for the inspection and he explained everything he was looking at. The inspection report was ready by the next day and was very detailed. I would definitely recommend him in the future.

Trenton was highly professional and extremely helpful, he worked around our schedule. He was very thorough and checked everything and explained everything to me as we were walking through the house. He answered all my questions and sometimes even knew what I was about to ask before I asked it. He had the report to us the same day and it was very detailed. He did an amazing job! He also gave me some tips for when we were ready to move in. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone who is looking for a home inspection. OUTSTANDING!!!!!!

Trenton was very professional, thorough, he was knowledgable, and pleasant. He took the time to check everything in every area and allowed me to walk through with him. He answered my questions and never made me feel stupid for asking him what something was or why something (i.e. grade of land, open ground, dampers) was an issue or a safety hazard. I would highly recommend him.
