+ -1 moreI've used Mike McIntosh and his crew several times and have been extremely happy every time. They close and winterize my pool every year. I have a concrete/plaster pool. For this particular job, I had just finished "remodeling" my backyard. As a part of that, I wanted to replace all of my pool equipment. When he got there, he had electric and two pipes coming out of the ground. I had set the equipment in the configuration I thought I wanted it to go in. He called me with a suggested change, pointing out something I had completely missed. So he set up the new configuration, piped everything, and got it all running for me. Ran beautifully all summer. This summer, I'm hiring him again to paint my pool. He has been great to work with. Always calls me back promptly. Sometimes, it can take a few weeks to get on the schedule, but just because he is busy. I think it is a testament to the work he does.

Description of Work: They returned phone calls in the same day every time!!! They arrived when they said they would. They opened our pool and are helping solve some maintenance problems. They are friendly and polite. It has been a positive experience.
