They were fine as they tried to schedule for the service.

She came out to measure and gave us a sample of the stain colors. Everything was fine when she came out and she was quick. She indicated she would wait until the rain stopped to schedule the work. We are waiting on the work to be done and need to select the stain.

Last time we had our deck painted it cost $650. When we saw an Angie's List deal to paint the deck for $279 we thought we would save some money. The company came out and left an estimate of $900 for the job. If we're not saving any money we'd rather just use the same company as before. The Angie's List operator was very helpful, and your policy is fair and hassle-free. Thank you.

The service was fine and I have no complaints.

It looked very good at first and I was satisfied with it but it did not last very long. This Spring it is hard to tell it was sealed at all.

They were very understanding of why I had to cancel and refunded me immediately.

I was not sure how he was going to clean the windows on the third floor. He used a long handled brush that he did kind of had to throw against the windows on the outside. I was not sure if it was going to scratch the windows. There were several places that dirty water that was left behind on the inside that I had to go around and wipe off the window sills. He was very kind and flexible on scheduling, because the deal was going to expire by the time I was needing to use it.

I purchased the gutter cleaning deal in the fall of I think 2012. I got a message from the company asking when I wanted to schedule. I decided to wait until the spring and contacted the company in the spring 2 or 3 times but never heard back before my deal expired.

They were great. They did a nice job on all windows. I like that they did inside and outside. They were quick and pleasant. I didn’t really have any dislikes. It was pretty straightforward. I showed all the windows they will need to clean and there were no problems. I don’t know if the price is reasonable or not but it seem like it was.

The gutter cleaning was fine. I don’t have any complaints. I think I’ve been using a gutter board more often but I don’t think there was anything wrong with what they did. As far as I remember, they did a fine job. They were really nice people from what I am remembering. The price was great. I would use them again for window cleaning but for gutters, I don’t know. It will just depend on what the price will be.

Scheduling was fine. One person completed the work in about 90 minutes.

Did a good job on the windows. However, they were also supposed to pressure wash the driveway, which they did not do.

It went pretty well. They got the job done. There was nothing special about it.

Scheduling was not good. The person I was in contact with was his wife and there was a communication problem between them as to the work being completed. He was complaining to us about being overloaded by the workload of the Big Deals. In general, he wasn’t prepared to do the work as it was three stories. He also got irritated with us. He ultimately cleaned the windows but I got the impression that they were not experienced. The quality of what I received was not very nice.

Scheduling went pretty well. I was a little disappointed I needed to schedule as far out as I did and was hoping to get them cleaned before Thanksgiving. Weather had affected scheduling and they emailed asking if they could move the date. The technicians were clean, efficient and polite.

The results were good and scheduling was fine.

They said that I'm out their service area and I should request a refund. They were very nice and explained that it was a mistake.

The big deal wasn't the big deal I had hoped for...too many conditions. My fault for not being clear on all of them. Provider not to blame but their costs on the conditions was high and that would prevent me from using them again.

They never did the service after I had paid for it.

They had come out to look at the glass sunroom and to give me a quote on cleaning it. I had never had it done professionally before as my husband & I had always done it. I thought the quote was reasonable so I had them include it when they came out to do the Angie's deal for the rest of the house. The sun room also had a glass roof which is accessible from the shed roof on the house. Only those who maintain it have the nerve to walk out on it! It is story off the ground. When my husband & I clean it, we are on ladders and do a thorough job wiping the windows and frames down. The room had not been cleaned in awhile and quite dirty. PWC was concerned the windows needed scraping but they didn't. They cleaned the roof but didn't get the dirt off near the framing or under the eaves of the roof. They cleaned the sides from the ground so the windows were not squeegeed, therefore there were water marks. Afterwards they came inside and could see what was missed. I agreed that since they were quite dirty it was hard the first time and offered to have them out in the spring again where they could hopefully do a better job. The rest of the house was much easier and they did a fine job.

This is a local family business who is very committed to good customer service. They were very responsive to my need to schedule quickly. I had an appointment and they knew I was anxious to get an earlier appointment. As promised they called me with a cancellation so my work could be done a full week earlier than the appointment. The service man was on time and courteous. He did a very good job and I was comfortable with him in my house. This is the third time I have used this service and would highly recommend. I will continue to use them in the future

They did a good job cleaning the gutters but the cleanup at the ground level was so-so. It was a wet day so maybe that contributed but had to go out and clean up later.

It was fine. I paid about $150 more than what the deal was for. The gentleman that came out was excellent. The communication to get them to come out was poor.

Allen was fabulous. He worked so hard, all day. I used the Angie's List deal that I purchased and then they quoted me the remaining amount in addition. I was so impressed with the quality of the service. I would recommend Precision Window Cleaning for sure.
