Precision Window Cleaning

Not sure, was not home when they were at the house, so not sure if it was totally done or not. Not exactly sure of the date when done

Fine. We were not home at time of service.

All members of the staff were very professional and courteous. They came when they said and did what they promised. They cleaned up after their work.

She was great, the deck looks great, and she even left the remaining stain for us. Also was given good advice about stain choice. Only complaint is we discovered that the backside of the top railing never got painted.

Window cleaner took his time, didn't rush and did a thorough job. Very pleased.

Showed up on time and communicated well re my needs and cleaned up . Both decks look good.

They were fine. I wasn't here when they did the job because I was in the process of moving in. I have no complaints though. There were no additional fees associated with the deal.

They accommodated our request for a quick turn around. They were very professional, friendly and did a great job.

My job required a more involved cleaning with a brush and solution. They accommodated my needs and rescheduled to devote more time. All in all, they did a great job.

They were back logged in scheduling, but delays were primarily due to the weather. It was a good value for the money.

They were very good. They took the time to explain what was in there and if we needed more hangers.

I paid $15 additionally for windows beyond what was covered in the deal. I felt the pricing was fair. They sent out one guy, but he was very good! The windows were older and high up so he had to put in some extra time to get them up and everything. He was here for 2-3 hours and was a very polite gentleman.

They completed the job in 2-4 hours with one person. The job is labor intensive, but still it was a little expensive. It would take me double the time it took them so the price is worth it to me.

They did a good job. Scheduling an appointment was a little difficult to get an appointment. I wish their was more services included like the sills and screens cleaned. They were here on time for the appointment.

The provider said my home is out of their service area.

Precision Window Cleaning did good. We like them. I think the pricing was fair and square. I don't remember my husband complaining about anything. I think he's pretty happy with him.

I paid in advance for the service in order to get a better price. Due to weather and other circumstances, it was months later that the gutters were cleaned. I told them I wanted to be home when they did it, but I was not informed. They did not leave any paper work to tell me it had been done. I had to contact them to be sure they had been here.

There were a lot of delays due to the weather. They did get the job done and it looks great. They completed the power washing on the first day and then came back the next day to and spent about five hours staining the deck. I also had wanted them to re-stain the deck with a solid stain and there were additional fees for that and for the extra square footage of the deck. They did let me know of the additional costs for the stain when they came out. I am pretty satisfied with them. I have used their services before and they are a great company. They are fantastic to deal with!

I let time expire and never used the deal.

Did an excellent job cleaning all the windows, inside and out. Even cleaned our small glass chandelier in the entrance way for us.

It went well, professional and clean workers.

Although we had to reschedule due to rain, Allen was able to arrive on the next scheduled date. He arrived on time and immediately got to work. As always, he did a wonderful job, in a timely manner. We have never had a complaint with this company and have recommended them to many of our friends. How Allen is able to 'do it all', all by himself is beyond me, but he continues to do it. Kudos to Precision Window Cleaning!!

The job was performed professionally. Satisfied with the service.

Took weeks to hear from them after we'd paid the promo price, more weeks to get their estimate which was higher than expected, more weeks for them to come and do the job. We expected an expert job for the price. Much of the wood is still bare where the one inadequate coat of stain has already been absorbed.
