Description of Work: Precision wrote through AL that they would contact me August 1. I didn't hear from them. I called AL and then Precision called me. They said they sent me an email but I never received it. They asked me to describe my windows. I did. They said they charge more if there is a storm window. That was never stated in the Deal. They were willing to wash my windows for more than twice what the deal was. I called AL. They tried to find someone to honor the deal and couldn't. I think this type of bait and switch is illegal.

Description of Work: I contacted the service provider for an estimate prior to purchasing the Big Deal. Several exchanges occurred via email, including me verifying that I would only need one deal to cover my whole fence front and back. After I purchase the deal I did not hear from the service provider until I called and requested to set up a time for the fence to be cleaned and then sealed. They returned my call with a voice mail explaining they are dropping off a color wheel for me to verify the color stain I wanted. They also explained on the voice mail that scheduling would begin later that week. A week later I received a voicemail explaining rain was delaying the ability to start the cleaning and staining process. A month went buy before I emailed (phone not answered during the day) the provider requesting an update. A few days later the owner replied explaining I would need to purchase a second deal or pay per foot because the area was bigger than they estimated. After a phone call to the owner reminding him that I have copies of the emails confirming this would not be the case, he agreed to complete the job for no additional charge. Several weeks went buy with out any contact from the provider. While I would have appreciated some communication, I do understand that we did have a moderate amount of rain this season. I reached out again got the provider requesting another update as the rain had subsided and no one had been in contact. I received a reply from the owner starting now they have clubs that they would be able to complete the work. He listed several obstacles and questioning weather the finished product would be good or not. I contacted the company that networked my fence, and they explained cleaning and sealing is common and recommended if the would has had time to season. I forwarded this answer along with agreeing statements from neighbors that's just stained the same fence I have. I soon received a reply stating the they would be out that following Monday to start cleaning the fence. Monday the fence was not cleaned and no contact from the service provider. Tuesday I received an email from the provider stating they had been out on Monday and they have have the same concern as before. I asked the provider for a refund, and they explained I would need to contact Angie's list. I purchased this deal for $249.00 in early March; it's August now and they are just now telling me they can't do the job. They have held onto $249.00 for just short of six months before telling me this. Poor way to run a business. They seem to be nice people, but don't have clue about real customer service. *this part is only my opinion; however I believe they under quoted the job. Realized it would cost them money. Overbooked themselves and forgot about me and who knows how many others. Tried to save face with me with all the objections about doing the work in hopes that I would just cancel my deal. That part is only my opinion, but I believe it's pretty spot on.

Description of Work: I called several times to schedule and my call was finally returned. I scheduled the service with the company. On the day of service someone showed up( I think it was the owner), he told me I had more windows than was estimated and that he was going to charge me some more money. I agreed to pay the extra charge and he then started with the window in the dining room. After cleaning that window he said he was done for the day but left the window frame he took out resting on the wall. He said he was going to send someone down the next day. I waited almost all day for this guy to show up and when he didn't I called the office and was told the weather was too cold then and when it warms up he will call back. We had a lot of back to back winter storms here in Cincinnati, so I decided to wait until spring before calling. I have left several messages on their phone but have not received any response so far. The frame he took out is still resting on the wall. Since nobody is responding to my call I want my money back.

Description of Work: Window cleaning. This company is first rate. Courteous, professional, did a stellar job and charged very reasonable rates. I have used them twice and will continue to use them. They went out of their way to schedule at a time that helped us. Can't recommend them highly enough!

Description of Work: I purchased this deal on April 5 2012 ,but I waited until the last day before the deal expired to call the company. I did not recieve a callback but I do not fault the company because of my delay. I have reported to Angies List that I did not use their services.

Description of Work: I called four times in a week and a half, left messages, and noone returned my calls. When they did call, they left a message and replied that they had two openings in the next month to clean my windows, both of which were during the day, so I would have had to take off of work. On top of that, Angies's list proceeded to email me like crazy about submitting a review. When I spike to Angie's list representative about the fact that noone had called me back, she said that she could either refund my money or try to find me someone else. That was "ok", but then she started trying to get me to upgrade my membership to a three year one, even though my membership wasn't up until September (5months to go). I said "no", and she continued saying that the price was a very good "deal". I said that this was the first experience that I had with Angie's list, and that their "A" company had not even called me back. It was a poor choice to try to get me to upgrade at that time. I get emails all the time bugging me about their services and deals. I can't stand it. If I want the information, then I will solicit it. Don't waste my time with unwanted spam.
