Precision Window Cleaning

The email and phone number for the company on the listing were incorrect. I asked for assistance and still didn't hear back. They haven't made any attempts to contact me so I had to get a refund.

They came promptly, did a good job, and left everything clean. I was really thrilled with them.

It went great, I am having them clean my gutters twice a year with a contract. Now waiting on gutter downspouts to be corrected.

They were quick to respond to phone calls and punctual with showing up to the house, letting me know they were here and cleaning the gutters off of our 3 story home! I will be using them again this fall and spring for sure.

Arrived on time. He was friendly and courteous. Cleaned the gutters using a leaf blower which was fine. Cleaned out the awning gutter by hand. Said he replaced the screens on the gutters but I found a downspout guard in the yard after he left. Screens have been blowing down ever since and I discovered the downspout from the second to first floor was clogged when it rained the first time after the cleaning.

Arrived on time, got right to work cleaning out the gutters. They were quick, efficient and thorough.

When the man arrived his ladder wasn't high enough for the gutters in our home. He was very cordial and said he was going to get a higher ladder, which he did. He rescheduled his gutter cleaning appointment and came back when he said he would. The job was very carefully done, the gutters were very clean and we were very satisfied.

They did what they were supposed to do . They did not leave a mess and were done quickly. We were very satisfied.

The technician informed me that each window is counted as two. So a sash window counts as 2 windows. This was a surprise to me since that is not the way it is done in the last city I resided in. This deal also did not include cleaning of screens. Windows were clean, but the window cleaning resulted in little dirty stains on the carpet below the windows.

Purchased service as a Big Deal. Work was scheduled and there was no need for me to be at home. Work done as scheduled and note left by providers tellling me they did the work and what they found. Cleaned up after a nice job. Very professional and would use again.

They did a great job, we've had them out once since to clean the gutters again. There are quite a few tall trees around our house, so our gutters fill up regularly. We were very pleased with the job they did and will use them again in the future.

I was initially happy with my window cleaning they sparkled; but, this is what I discovered later. I also had my screens cleaned and they didn't take the few seconds it would take to wipe the space between the screens and windows and there was still dirt and dead bugs there. Even more disturbing, I discovered that after about a week my home alarm wouldn't set because the top of one of my double hung windows had slipped down. On closer inspections I found that all of my first floor windows were unlocked--they were locked before they were cleaned. I am very careful with this since I was previously burglarized.

Allen is prompt and thorough. He arrived on time, completed his services and talked to my husband about what he found. We will use his services again.

It's been a while since this was done so I am not positive about price and date. But we bought a deal to have all of our gutters cleaned out. When he came out, he was nice enough to say that based on the size of our house it would cost more (and I knew that was a realistic possibility) but that they would keep it at the original price on the deal we bought this time. I was very appreciative. But now, we are almost certain that he never cleaned out the gutters on the higher roof. I would have much rather paid the higher price and had that done. It was months after the service that we discovered this and I can not be completely sure we are correct but given the difference between those gutters and the ones that we know were cleaned, I can't imagine he touched those gutters. My ratings would have been all high if I had not discovered that first.

Prompt, equipment clean and tidy, courteous. No cell phone interferred with his work.

Can't say there are any dos and don't . I had called a couple other companies they either did not show the day of service orthere was never a call back.

They were flooded with lots of people purchasing the Big Deal. It took them about a week to return my initial call. I had planned to take a day off of work a couple of weeks in advance, I floated that date past them and it worked. They called to confirm the date. He showed up on time, we walked around the house. My big picture window is the hardest to clean because I have to use an extension ladder. I told him there was an imprint of a bird on my picture window that I have not been able to remove, he said he'd look into it. Anyway, he started on the outsides of the windows, then came in and did the inside. I also have French doors, he had a special size squeegee for that. He was here for maybe 1.5 to 2 hours max. It was so nice to have all of the windows clean at one time and in about 2 hours time. A lot faster than if I had done it. And no streaks! I would do this service again. If you've never had this service performed, give it a try, you don't realize how much of a treat it is until you have it done.

Allen called to say he was running a little late, and he was about 1/2 hr. late, but that was totally understandable as he was traveling the interstates that had 2 construction projects with traffic delays. I found him to be pleasant, professional and efficient. He completed the work in about an hour and 1/2, and left no messes. I was impressed with the quality of the work as well as his polite and responsive manner. I will definitely use him in the future.

Scheduling the estimate proved to be a little challenging but eventually the job was scheduled. It was postponed from that schedule and done shortly thereafter. Windows seem to be cleaned pretty well.

I took advantage of the Angie's List deal and scheduling was easy. They showed up on time and did a great job cleaning the windows. I would use them again.

THey were very responsive via email about date and pricing. Allen came out right away and gave an estimate without bothering me to be home, etc. THey were flexible when i needed to change the date. Very professional, clean, nice to be around, everything was done beautifully and put back right where it came from.
