Precision Window Cleaning

Came on time checked ares that needed cleaning, did the work at a reasonable time frame. Checked with me to see if I a Was okay with the work. Cleaned up after themselves and left.

Did a great job! Took a little while to get them out here, but it was a Angies List Big Deal promotion. I'm sure they had a big response and took some time to get to everyone. I will use them in the future.

They came on time, they were professional, they did a great job. I love this company. I would recommend them to anyone.

They were prompt and delivered what they said they would. They gave me ideas for any further work and the price was reasonable. They were willing to use different materials even though it was a product they had not used before

What a great company! Alan was professional and courteous, doing his job quickly but very well. Our original date was the day that "Sandy" was to hit and I called voicing concern about having someone up on a ladder in the high winds. Alan appreciated my concerns, but in addition, wanted to ensure that we could enjoy clean windows for more than just a few hours! Not many companies think like that...it's more about the money. We were extremely pleased with this service and are planning on becoming continuing customers of Precision. Thanks!

They day they came out it was particularly cold. The gentleman told me that if he had missed one of the gutters to call him back and he would come back to clean it later. They were a nice company to work with and it was my fault I did not call them back in time to clean the other gutter.

everything went very well. The young man that owns the business (I apologize i can't remember his name) called me back and set up a date to come out and wash all of my windows before winter set in. He arrived on the afternoon of the appointment with one of his helpers and he explained to me the costs of doing any windows above what the "big deal" stated. We agreed on the cost (I believe $4 extra per window) and he went to work on getting the job done. Took him 3-4 hours to do the entire house (inside and out for all windows). I must say that he did an excellent job and i would highly recommend his services to anyone looking to get their windows cleaned. matter of fact, we will be calling him again in the spring

They did great. They were on time and very professional and seemed to do a fairly good work on a signficant job.

Phone contact to set up appointment. Gutters cleaned thoroughly on appointed day. Did not require me to be at home. Very convenient. Very pleased with service.

They emailed the day before to confirm the appointment. They arrived on time and were truly professional. They worked quickly and did a terrific job.

They were great. I had tenets moving in soon and they came right away. It looks good to me. They followed through on things. The boss contacted me and kept me involved. They were also very friendly. They are very reliable.

The company responded quickly to our calls and showed up as scheduled. They completed the gutters quickly.

My wife was extremely pleased with the professionalism and the window cleaning. Our house is a contemporary with some windows over 3 stories high. The owner made all contact and performed the work. Again, my wife was very impressed. We definitely will use them again soon.

I purchased a special from Angie's List - but had to delay past expiration date, due to roofing problems. They were kind and helpful and rescheduled as soon as I cleared up the other problems. The windows look great and I will call again

Professional. Prompt. Did the job correctly. No issues.

When I tried to contact them, I got the message the voicemail was full, then the call just disconnects. Their email bounced back to me. I haven't heard anything back from them, so Angie's List is going to help me get scheduled. I might suggest that they better learn how to manage their workload. I do still want to have the work done, at this point.

I called the company 3 times. I never spoke to a live person. I left 3 detailed messages which were never returned. At this point I wouldn't trust them to perform service at my home due to their complete lack of professionalism in even trying to schedule an appointment. Angie's List....Do you even screen your offers?????????? I received an email from Precision Window Cleaning AFTER I submitted my critique. No phone call. Seriously, am I really supposed to think that you didn't know that you had "phone issues" for almost 3 weeks? I would think you would know within days. Your response doesn't cut it. I'm using another provider.

They are completely non-responsive. No story to tell.

The young man who performed the service was professional and did an excellent job. He was punctual, very neat and I will definitely use them again.

I have been calling Precision Window Cleaning since 9/28/2012 when I purchased the deal and have not heard anything back. I have left multiple messages as well. I have since asked for a refund on the deal.

.He arrived on time. He started washing the windows on the inside first then went outside. Very satisfied with his work. He gets an A+ on this completed job.

I have called several times in attempt to set up an appointment with Precision Window Cleaning and they do not return my calls. I have been trying to get in touch with them for several weeks and now the Deal has expired and they will not return any of my calls. I called and left a message letting them know that I was going to contact Angie's List about their unresponsives thinking they would call me back and they still did not.

They performed the service adequately. Overall they did a decent job but they could have done better.
