They did not inform me that they had arrived. They did not inform me that they were leaving when they had finished. They did not ask me if I had any questions.

 + -1 moreWhat a deal this was. I had a friend fall from his roof recently while doing repairs. He has lost a year of his life and will never be the same. When I saw this offer, I jumped at it. The man who did the work showed up on a cold day and like a pro cleaned out the gutters and cleaned up the yard afterward. The response to this offer must have been overwhelming since it took a while for them to contact me. Once the appointment was made though, their service was prompt,courteous and definitely reasonable. I was happy that my husband didn't have to climb up on the roof. I would use them again.

Description of Work: I had no idea what time the service would be done. As the afternoon progressed I called to find out if the appointment would be kept. I was informed he was near and would be to my home soon; he was here in 11 minutes; WHICH IS 2 minutes longer than he was here doing "the work". Parking, getting on the roof, "cleaning the gutters", getting off the roof, and returning to the vehicle to leave was accomplished in LESS than 9 minutes. That's called "gutter cleaning"? The service included a quick swipe with a leaf blower and nothing more. I called Alan for an explanation and he informed me that is the entire service. I asked if he flushed the gutters out after cleaning, and he said "no". I asked how he knew they were clean and he assured me they were. Today is 12/17/12 and a thunderstorm has just passed through, and the gutters are over flowing with debris flooding out over the gutters all along the house; no rain water appears to be going through the downspout as I was promised it would do. The "special" was for a "complete" gutter cleaning for $79.00; what I received in those 9 minutes wasn't worth $7.90. I was taken advantage of; lied to; and my pre-payment money taken for NOTHING. I want my money back so I can hire a professional and reliable company to do the work right.

 + -1 moreThe employee answering the phones and setting up appointments was very professional. They had to postpone several times (a few due to weather conditions...understandable). Because the job was postponed several weeks, when they finally came out to do the work, we weren't home, and had no idea that the job was completed. A notice on the door, or a phone call would have been nice. The only way we knew that it was done was when we had workers come out to fix some siding. While they were up on the roof, we asked if the gutters were clean and they told us they were.
Description of Work: We needed our gutters cleared of leaves and debris. This was for the entire house.

 + -1 moreThe company responded quickly to my phone message, and I was able to make an appointment for the next day. More importantly to me, they were able to do the job without my having to meet them at the site. The house is two stories (or more) in some locations and it was worth every dime to have someone else climb up and clean out the gutters. The house is being renovated, and it had probably been a number of years since the gutters were cleaned. In spite of this, no mess was on the ground - and even the gutters themselves looked clean. All around this was painless and cheap.

They are very responsive via the phone. Two gentlemen showed up, performed the work within a couple of hours. Cleaned up after themselves. Checked to make sure things went smoothly. No problems at all. They were very professional. Would hire them again.

The roof is very steep in the back and we have alot of gutters! We used this service last year and were so satisfied we bought 2 services from them (and prepaid).  + -1 moreI purchased an Angie's Big Deal for this company's service in gutter cleaning. It was rather difficult to get the services scheduled and to communicate with them. I found that I had to follow up with them 2-3 times to get any answers. Once service was scheduled, I was told that they would call me to inform me of their arrival time when the date got closer. The house at which I was scheduling this service is a rental with a tenant and a newborn baby. I was trying to notify the tenant when the workers would be there in order to prep her in case of a sleeping baby. Unfortunately, I never got a call of when they arrived. 4 days after the service date, I followed up with Precision to make sure that the service was performed. 3 days after that, I received a response stating that they had completed the service. I do believe they performed the work, but I have a seed of doubt based on the difficulty corresponding with them. I can't exactly climb on the roof to check the gutters.

They offered a very reasonably priced package deal to come out twice a year, and we will definitely take advantage of that deal since their work was very good.

Description of Work: Even though I dropped the ball and never used the Big Deal, the company representative did everything in her power to accommodate me, including changing the actual location of where the service was to be performed...TWICE. I bought the gutter cleaning service, only to realize that I had gutter toppers. I tried to give the service to both of my daughters and they also had gutter toppers. But, even though no one actually used the service, I would definitely hire this contractor again

 + -1 moreAllen was very professional and easy to work with. I needed to change the date and he worked it out for me. The windows looked clean for the most part with no streaks. I think I'm a little particular though because there were areas at the bottom and sides of some windows that didn't get clean or had marks from running water. The majority of each window was clean.

 + 0 moreIt went great! Found them on Angie's list. Left a message. Allen returned my call right away. We talked about trying to fit the service in before Thanksgiving - though it was short notice, if the weather cooperated. He was able to make it happen - came out and got started on the house a few days later. Pointed out a few areas where powerwashing could not remove stains from years of not having been cleaned. No surpsrise. Gave me a chance to review work and went back and did some touchups - no problem. House looks great and I can defintely see the value of keeping up with service on a regular basis going forward. Then, he washed the windows outside and inside. They are sparkling! I know they have never been so clean in all the time we've lived here. Totally worth every penny.
Description of Work: Powerwash the house - brick and siding, including the soffit(?) - to deal with 10 years of grime and cobwebs. Washed all the windows inside and out.
