Precision Window Cleaning

.You need to read the fine print when using Precision Window Cleaning. Each of my windows was counted as two windows because of the pane. The guy who was at my house and he was very friendly and very understanding. I would probably not necessary use them again.

The service man arrived pretty much on time. He was greeted by my husband and they talked for a few minutes about what we wanted and what he would be doing. He, at that time, told us he couldn't do anything about the upper level gutters because he didin't have an extended ladder that would reach those gutters. He spent some time checking all the gutters around the house that he could get to, clean some debris. He said overall the gutters really didn't need much cleaning as they were in very good condition. We thanked him and he left.

No one actually saw them at the time of service. Took thelr word for it.

I was satisfied with their work, but without a coupon I wouldn't hire this company again.

There was a delay because of bad weather.

We took advantage of a special Angie's List offer and were very happy with the service we received. The owner and his employee were a few minutes early and spent those extra minutes preparing their supplies. I didn't have to request they take off their shoes, as both did so once they entered the house. They quickly got to work. Many of our windows are double hung/tilt-ins, so they were able to complete much of the cleaning from the inside. They removed sliding windows from frames and were careful to protect our wood floors when they set the windows down to clean them. Several of the upstairs windows were not tilt ins, so they used a ladder to reach the exterior. They worked quickly, yet were very thorough. The deal was for 20 windows and we added a few more. The only aspect I would clarify when we use them next is how they counted the windows. My count and theirs' differed. But I was pleased with their effort and the clean windows.

This was a BAD EXPERIENCE right from the start. Immediately upon purchasing this company's BIG DEAL (x2), I received a Receipt via e-mail. The contact information on the Receipt was incorrect, i.e., wrong telephone number, wrong e-mail address. I learned this after I first called the incorrectly listed phone number on the Receipt to schedule an appointment, I then sent an e-mail, which bounced back to me because this company apparently does not keep any of its contact information current. Next, I had to make a Google search and I finally located their company website. After I obtained the correct phone number from their website, I called them -- but there was no answer, of course -- and I could NOT leave a voicemail because it was full and not accepting messages. I also obtained their correct e-mail address from their company website and sent an e-mail asking to be contacted asap so that I could schedule an appointment. About two days later I received a reply from them informing me that they might be able to get to me in another day or two. Afterwards, pursuant to my specific request, the company owner then called me. I very carefully explained to him that I had been ill and unable to clean my gutters, as I have done my entire life, and that my gutters were packed full to the point of literally overflowing with leaves and sticks and they were unable to hold any more. I further told him that I was highly concerned about potential water damage being done to the interior of my home resulting from my gutters overflowing during a large storm headed toward the Tri-state area. I also made it crystal clear that I had to have my gutters cleaned before the big storm arrived. Lastly, I told him that the very next day a landscaping company was performing a fall clean up at my home and they volunteered to clean my gutters for me if he was unable to respond to perform his service in a timely manner. I SPECIFICALLY told him to CALL ME before he sent anyone to clean my gutters since the landscapers may have already cleaned them. As it turned out, the landscapers had to reschedule and came two days later. As the landscapers were finishing up for the day, and had already cleaned my gutters, I answered a knock at my front door. When I opened the door, two nice young men introduced themselves and said they had been sent to clean my gutters. I chuckled and then told them that the gutters were already cleaned. I apologized to them and mentioned that I specifically told the owner of their company to call me before he sent anyone to avoid wasting time in the event that my gutters were already cleaned. One young man promptly replied that the owner mentioned something to him about calling me, only he was given a different person's name and phone number to call, which was obviously the owner's mistake because when the young man called the other person he said the other person never made such a request and didn't know what the young man was talking about. In addition, this young man was also very quick to explain to me that they were not employees of the owner and that they were "on loan" for the day from another company (and they were not gutter cleaners, per se, but instead construction workers). I revised/updated this review to tell the entire story after I discovered that the owner had posted what I considered to be a dishonest retort. The BOTTOM LINE is: NOT RECOMMENDED -- RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I do not now, nor have I ever, liked doing business with any entity that I consider to be, based upon my personal experience(s) and opinion, DISHONEST. BUYER BEWARE! You've been duly and fairly warned.

Lived in our home 12 years and could not get upper windows cleaned on outside. Precision Window Cleaning did an excellent job. It looked like there was no glass in the windows when they were done. I kept going around and looking out the windows with a big smile on my face! Can't wait till next spring to have them come out again.

I did have to pay some additional costs, because I have a bigger deck and railings that were cleaned which were not included in the Deal. But he explained everything to me up front, so I knew that was coming. He did a very nice job on the work and cleaned up after himself very well. I’ll get him again!

I had gutters cleaned at my home and at two rental properties. The crew showed up on time and performed the work quickly and completely. One of the properties had to be postponed until later in the week, but I was contacted and told when the work would be completed. I would definitely use this company again.

He cancelled due to the weather the first time. The 2nd time the guy was delayed and able to come. So, instead of scheduling me first for the next day, I was put at the end of the list. He ended up coming out finally a week after the re-schedule. I would think that I should have been first on the list for the following day instead of last on the list if they could get to me. However, this was not the case. Other than that issue, it appears they did clean the gutters out.

They did a good job, and were very pleasant to work with.

I had scheduled an appointment and they actually went to the wrong house to complete the work so they admitted that it was human error and they corrected the problem promptly. I really liked the attitude he portrayed and they did a good job cleaning the gutters.

The company and I played a week or two of phone tag to set up the appointment. They came on the day we agreed upon and performed as much of the service as possible given the weather. They came back the next day to finish. They missed a gutter on our back porch but given the debris in our yard it appeared they were able to clear out the rest of the gutters on the house. Given the price we paid, we were very happy with the service they performed.

They were very nice, but it took some time to get them out to us for the services. They were so overbooked from their Angie's List offer that I had to reschedule with them after a service person did not show up on the first day that we had scheduled. Since there was an issue with them getting to us, they offered to clean our windows for free. They made up for their mistakes and were quick and professional while they were getting their job done.

Exercised their initial offer/coupon for cleaning 20 windows. Our job exceeded that number, so we paid an additional per window charge. The work was done well, and we wouldn't hesitate to have them back.

Went great. Precision Window Cleaning had previously done this job and I called them again. They do a super job getting the windows cleaned. They cleaned floor to ceiling windows, sliding glass doors as well as "normal" windows. No streaks! I was very happy with their work both times I've used them and I will call them again!

Ibought this service as Angies list big deal. It was a great experience. They did an excellent job. They were on time and very professional. There was no mess ad the windows look great!

I have never had my windows done by a professional before and the Big Deal sounded reasonable so I scheduled it and asked for the screens to be cleaned also for additional $3 each. He did a really good job on 20 windows inside and outside and I am very happy to have that done. I will definitely have him come again next year! He offered me the sale price, $79, when he was done and said the screens weren't that bad but I gave him extra because the windows were really bad and it took him a couple of hours to get it all done. I felt this was a really good deal. Thank you.

Staff courteous and professional. Prompt. Windows at our previous home cleaned as well as those in our current home. Tidy and good cleanup. Screens removed, cleaned and replaced. All work done Ina reasonable amount of time. Not a perfect job, but good and far preferable to doing it myself!

It was not a good experience. I bought the special from them and called to set up the appointment in November. They came out on 12/13/2012 and they said the leaves were frozen in the gutter and so they would have to come back out even though they said they would return. I had to call them and leave a message, and never heard so called again, and they made the appointment for 12/19/12. I checked the gutters on the first floor and noticed that they were still full of debris, and I wasn't happy that they weren't very responsive, and that they didn't do a thorough job. We have a call into the company to see if they will fix the issues and are waiting on their response.

I have gotten to an age that I do not like getting on ladders over 10 ft anymore so since my gutters are rather high I decided to purchase the Big Deal for gutter cleaning. I made the purchase and then just kind of forgot to schedule it. When it was getting close to the expiration I called and left a message with no response. I called again and no response. Then I got a phone call. Apparently the owners were travelling at the time and called me while they were out of town. I was impressed that they called while on their own time and scheduled everything. They showed up on time and proceeded to clean the gutters. I have trees in the back that always clog the gutters up so I asked about gutter guards and they gave a good honest opinion. There was a lot of gunk that came out of the gutters and I appreciated that they came back and cleaned it all off of my deck. They made sure to leave everything like they found it. They even offered to come back later in the fall and said they would honor the Big Deal price again. However, I realized all they use is an extension to a hose that looks like a big candy cane. It sprays high pressure water into the gutter and blows everything out. I saw one at Lowe's for $25. I think I will just buy that and do it myself in the future.
