Precision Window Cleaning

Overall an excellent experience. The only reason I gave a "B" on quality was because a couple of things I would have expected to be done as a normal part of the service, I had to request while the job was being done. The responsiveness was great when I made the request, however.

Fine, was not applicable to my area

The coupon specified no refund. There was a long time limit for it to be accomplished (March '13), but it just did not happen.

The service went fine and it was good. They were on time. I thought they were friendly and easy to get a hold of, on the phone. I was working actually and my dad came inside of the house and told me that they came in, got the job done and then left. So they were fine. Their price was good.

I purchased a Groupon deal. I was contacted and set up an appointment. The workers showed up at the appointed time and did an excellent job. Everything went smoothly.

Got an Angie's List Big Deal. Contacted the company to set up an appointment but they had problems with their website and phone message service so they did not respond to my messages, I contacted Angies List about this issue and they intervened and helped set up the service. The actual work (window cleaning) was done well and the company's owner apologised about the communication problem.e

some higher more difficult windows could have been clean a bit better, overall will call them back

I called ordered the gutter cleaning. Before it was to expire, he said don't worry he would honor it. He was very hard to reach and would not return phone calls, he finally said to text him to reach him. We had one date set up and I had to be hospitalized. I triied re-scheduling and it didn't happen. I really don't want him here at my home now, because he might not consider doing a good job since it's been so long. I'm a senior citizen, and ona fixed income, , so I would apreciate your help. Allen Baker (owner) was very responsive. He called my back right away, came over on day/time agreed upon for quote. Price was better than others I got quotes from (used an angie list offer he had going). We had to reschedule due to rain but Allen was always proactive in calling or responsive in returning calls. We split power washing and window cleaning over two days as our house is tall and on a hill and neighbor (shared wall property) got his done at the same time, so takes more time. But Allen wanted to do it right, so I appreciated him coming back for a second day. He used a different helper each day, but was always on the job. Place looked totally different after he was finished, well worth it and neighbor was happy with his side as well.

He showed up promptly, was very professional and friendly. He worked his way around the house, inside and out, quickly. Windows are sparkling and I am extremely happy.

Cleaned all our gutters and did a good job. They had to wait tilll it we had enough dry weather to permit them to do a good job. They scheduled, arrived on time and did a good job, cleaning up all leaves and branches removed from Gutters and down spouts.

They were willing to work with me on how best to use my offer. He was very pleasant, prompt, and accomodating. I had a showing for my house and he made extra effort to come out early. They were very nice.. They even told me how to mix up my own solution.

I think the windows weren't cleaned in a long time so...what a difference! We still had to clean the window sashes but the glass is sparkling clean.

I purchased the Big Deal last year before winter and waited until February to call and schedule the cleaning due to the cold/inclement winter weather. We had oringially scheduled the cleaning for 3/12/13, but due to a bad forecast for the day, Allen called the afternoon before and asked if I wanted to postpone. Since I was already scheduled off on 3/15/13, we rescheduled for 10am that day. He called just prior to 10am informing me he was on his way and arrived shortly after. After introducing himself, he started working immediately on the outside. When he was ready to do the inside, he made sure to lay down towels where he kept his water/soap bucket and ensured his shoes were clean before stepping in. I assisted him in moving items around to allow him better access to the windows, but did notice he was very careful when working around the drapes/blinds. He finished the entire house within an hour and a half and the windows looked great. He even cleaned the smaller windows adjacent the front door, which I didn't expect.

I purchased the service based on an email promotion. I had to call to get them to schedule and come and do the gutter cleaning. They came much later in the season than I expected. I bought the service in the early fall and they did not come until winter.

It was one man who showed up on time and was time-efficient in his methods. There were no streaks, no mess, no water runoff, etc. and he did it all in record time. It would have taken me days. Now if I had done the job, the only thing different, besides that it would have taken me hours and hours to do what he did, I would have also cleaned all the tracks and sills. But that was not part of his contract and I didn't expect it to be done by him.

They did a good job. They make it easy to schedule, and they came out as expected. My wife said they were friendly and helpful.

I forgot to use the big deal within the designated time frame

It went well. I wish there had been more stuff in my gutters so I could have gotten my money's worth, but they cleared out the little debris that was there.

The gentleman from Precision Window Cleaning was very nice. He did a fine job, but to this day I have one window that is really weird. The window steams up and I never had that problem before he cleaned the window. I don't know if it was his fault or if it was the product that he used. It was fine, but I don't think I would ever use them again. There was nothing they did wrong.

He worked quickly and efficiently and was careful not to drip on the carpets, etc.

They were very easy to get a hold of to schedule and cleaning was done on the day as promised. I plan on continuing to use Precision Window Cleaning.
