There were no issues. They were able to get me scheduled and do the work when I was not home. The work was all external and I did notice when the windows were cleaned.

They did a great job. Very professional. They provided the stain. They were very cooperative.

That went very well and I continue to use them.

PWC helped me to pick a day for power washing. We waited for about two weeks before we could find a dry day for sealing.

Called company - set up date. I have a two family with four levels. They cleaned the hard to get to windows on the outside on the building. They were very professional, on time, at price quoted. I would recommend them.

I had them do more windows than what the deal was for, so I had to pay more. It was just because I asked them to do more work. The windows in back are kind of high and they were able to get up there and clean all of that out. It is the first time in a long time that the windows have been that clean. They did a really nice job. It is the first time that I have used them and I would use them again. They were very professional. I have 35 windows. Three people came out to do them.

We purchased this service in March and the work was not performed until the end of May. Most of the delay was caused by weather-related issues, but we would have liked the company to be more communicative about this. The office phone is only staffed on Mondays through Wednesdays. Also, on days when the office was supposed to be open , I got voice mail most of the time. We needed to be there when the workers arrived because our back yard is locked and often occupied by 2 dogs. When they did come, the work was performed efficiently and the fence looks great. I sort of got the impression that the company did not expect such a great response, and that the office manager had to work in the field often and thus was not available at the listed times.. Hopefully in the future they will get the kinks worked out, as the quality of the workmanship is quite high.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was okay. It was my first time using them. They did a good job. They were fine, it was good.

they phoned to confirm. came to house and pressure washed the deck,rails and steps. after some rain delays called and came to house. painted the deck,rails and steps. did very good job. two people were involved in the painting. they stayed about 5 hours to complete job. very friendly and professional. good job! would have them again.

There was some rain and we had to reschedule but besides that everything went fine.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. We paid extra because they said the deck was bigger than they quoted on. The quality was good. The weather made them not as punctual as they should have been but they really couldn't help it.

I'm not sure if I did something incorrectly, but I called Precision Window at; 859-916-5651 and told the woman answering the phone that I had a coupon for a percentage off. She said they didn't have such a coupon and I must have the wrong Precision Window. I didn't have the coupon at hand, so I thought maybe I was mistaken. After I found my coupon and also looked again at Precision Window on Angie's List, it appears I did have the correct telephone number and my coupon was for a percentage off. I have called Precision and left a message, but they have not returned my call. I called twice today, but only get their voicemail. I did not leave another message. It is very frustrating and now I'll move onto a different window cleaning service and see if I eventually can get my windows washed.

Totally professional and efficient company. E-mailed regularly to update when they would be able to do their work. Staining depends upon the temperature as well as needing a dry time frame. Due to a very cold and wet spring they were constantly delayed. It took almost 3 months for them to complete the job because of the unusual weather, They cleaned the deck to the extent that it looked like a newly built deck. They were more concerned about doing the job correctly rather than just getting it done. The weather did not cooperate until last week. They completed it at the earliest possible date, I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them in the future. This is the 2nd time I used them - the first was for window washing last fall. They were equally as professional then as well.

I had a bit of a rough start scheduling the service but we got that straightened out with the help of the Angie's list customer service team. I have a number of windows on the back of the home that are up high and several that are half moon shaped. They did an excellent job. I think it was the owner of the company who did the work. Very professional, efficient and went back over his work when needed. I will definitely use the folks again. I got the service through a big deal but after seeing the work I would buy the service again without the deal offer.

We have a 2-story house with an attic and high gutters. We also have several old very large oak trees that lose their leaves late and really fill up the gutters late in the leaf season and close to time for the first frost. We had used Precision Widow Cleaning for window cleaning and were happy to use them for the gutters when we found out that they did that too. Allen, the owner, is very professional and personable. They come when they say they will and they leave everything in good condition. In this case on one was home when they came out to clean the gutters, but we came home to clean gutters and a clean yard. We thought that the price was very reasonable on the Big Deal for $75.

PURCHASE ON 2-21-13 AND SCHEDULED DATE FOR 5-13-13,11AM. I WAS CALLED ON 5-13 AT 12NOON WITH VOICE MAIL ADVISING ME THAT THEY WOULD NOT BE COMING OUT. TC TO THEIR OFFICE AND I WAS TOLD THAT THERE WAS A MISTAKE IN THE ANGIE'S LIST POSTING ABOUT THEIR SERVICE AREA AND I WAS OUTSIDE THEIR AREA. SHE CONSULTED WITH THE OWNER AND HE DECLINED TO REINSTATE MY SERVICE. I WAS TOLD TO CONTACT ANGIE'S LIST.

He got right to it and was done in no time.

Very professional, friendly and I'm very satisfied with the results.
