Precision Window Cleaning

I was thrilled with the service from my initial contact with their office through the minute they left the door. Punctual, clean, friendly, fast, professional and did more work than I bought. I even offered them more money because they put screens up that hadn't been on the house in years. They helped me out with the screens and refused any additional money. I think they did more than the 20 windows I purchased service for as well but they were more concerned with doing a good job than anything else. I will have them back as soon as they're able to power wash my house. Furthermore, they did all of this when it was freezing and snowing out. If I was them I would have called to reschedule but sure enough they came without any regard for the weather! Highly, highly, highly recommended from a fella who's had 2 dozen contractors and workers at the house over the last year.

Great. Glad it is done! My house was really dirty.....we live by a steel mill and had a bunch of road construction going on this summer. The company was very responsive..returning my calls promptly and giving me a date and time when they would arrive. The gentleman was very professional.....some areas did not come clean, but that was not a surprise. I would definitely use them in the future

Just Ok - had some difficulty scheduling and my appointment time was changed due to a last minute cancellation. I didn't inspect the windows before the cleaner left but the next day when it was sunny I could clearly tell that the windows were not as clean when I have had them done in the past. I feel like the job may have been rushed.

Everything went fine. Scheduled window cleaning and it went very well. The scheduler was very pleasant and the window washers were very professional. They did a great job.

We purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service. The guy who came to clean the windows was very nice and did a great job. Our windows look great. There was no mess and I did not have to clean up anything. I asked for his card in case we want him back in the spring. I think the price was reasonable because a lot of our windows are out of reach for us.

Slow to respond to messages, but service was great! Arrived on time, professional in appearance and name on truck (I like that). Got right to work, made sure I was satisfied with job. Would definitely recommend.

They were at our home for 15-20 minutes then came and told us that the debris was piled at our downspouts. I asked if they would take it away, and they responded that they didn’t have a way of taking it away plus it would cost extra. I expected a little more service.

Cleaned all gutters on large house. The people were polite and focused and the work was thorough.

It took a while to get it scheduled mainly because they do not work on Fridays and that is my only day off. We eventually worked it out for a Tuesday afternoon. They arrived on time and were very professional. We had just moved into the house and the windows were extremely dirty. They did a great job and the price was very comparable to other companies or slightly better. Would definitely use them again.

It worked out well. They came when they said they would, they came and left without me being here and they took care of everything. I have no issues with them. I spent the cost of the deal and they came to do the work within a couple weeks after I called them.

It was hard getting them to respond to schedule an appointment. The service was okay when they finally came. Then they had to come back to finish the work since they forgot some of the equipment to complete the job.

I wasn't home when they came so I can't say for sure if they were on time. They did arrive on the day of the appointment. I had emailed them as to what was important to me and when I got home that evening everything I had asked them to do was done. The siding looked better than it had in a long time. They didn't miss a spot! I was very happy with the service and the price.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and everything was fine. Our gutters were full of big leaves and they did a good job. I used them a week or two after I purchased the Big Deal.

It worked out fine. They were very good. I wouldn't need to have them come back to clean my gutters because I had covers put over my gutters so the leaves and the birds can't get in there.

This is the second time I have had this company clean our windows since I was so pleased with the performance the first time. I also had him clean my gutters this time and was pleased with that as well. The gutters were difficult to reach to pressure wash but he managed to overcome all obsticles and even replaced two of the gutter guards that were damaged by the weather. He is very thorough and does the job as well as I would do it myself. I will use him again.

They came in one afternoon and did the pressure wash. The next day they came back and brushed the sealer/stain on the 400 ft sq deck, hand rails, and the three sets od stairs. They cleaned up after they finished.

Windows look great, the servicers were tidy and polite. My only complaint was it took 6 weeks to get scheduled.
