Precision Window Cleaning

I had no problem. Everything was great.

It was a little expensive for what they did, but they did a good job. I paid for two deals. I told them to come out, take a look and if they could get it done to go ahead and do it. I even told them that if they needed to use both of the vouchers to go ahead and do it. They did, but they weren't on the rental property very long. I guess it was fine, but it probably could have been done cheaper and I didn't really get a deal.

The person sent out to do the work only had a 22 foot ladder, which did not reach the second story windows. He said he was going to tell the owner he needed a taller ladder and come back to wash the upper windows on the outside. He did not return to finish the job. The other matter involved the edges around the glass. He stayed about an inch from the window sash, so there was a dirty ring around each window edge. I took out the storm windows prior to his arrival, so I cleaned the edge of the windows prior to putting the storms back in. The windows over the stove and the sink did not come clean with a squeegee, so I ended up washing those two windows with a cloth so the splotches could be rubbed off. If they could get these three issues under control, I would definitely consider using them again.

My experience with them was okay. They just stood up the gutter and blew up the gutters with a leaf blower so that it didn’t clog my downspouts or anything. It didn’t cost me anything extra than the Big Deal.

Two men came from the PrecisionWindow Cleaning Co. around 9:30. They were polite and quickly went to work cleaning the outside windows after setting up the ladder. They quickly cleaned the inside windows and checked with their office because I wanted additional cleaning of my screens which wasn't included in the original special. They used my ouside water hose to clean the screens and finished the job in less than one and a half hours.They took off their shoes whenever they came into my house to walk on my carpet/floors. They were professional and efficient and I have no complaints.

They arrived, completed the job, and left. They cleaned up after themselves, which is very important to us. They were professional and smiled when we talked. Personality goes a long way in the service industry.

They were fine. They were very fast. They got here not exactly at the time that they promised but the work was done very quickly and it looked okay. He actually showed up early and so you would think that would be good if you were preparing to do things in advance. It really wasn’t but he certainly weren’t late.

They were very responsive and punctual. | |There was an issue with a stretch of gutter on the front of the house. They followed up informing me of the issue and offered the options of coming back out to finish the job once the gutter was repaired or even a partial refund.

They did a nice job, and did the work quickly.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was pretty good. I was disappointed at how far out they were scheduling but I understand. I would recommend them. The work was nice, it was very clean, and it was very good. I paid $22 more because I had grids in the windowpanes that had to be removed but that was expected and I knew it in advance. They handled that very professionally.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They did a good job. I would use them again if they had a coupon.

Windows were cleaned okay. There were drips of dirty water on window sills. Siding was not able to clean. Concrete was done well.

They did a great job for a reasonable price. I am very happy with the results.

Didn't do a great job. One of the people not able to work new windows(she couldn't have had much experience . Asked for a tip when done. Completely unprofessional !

Scheduling was good, we set the date and they arrived on time. They came out to do the pressure washing and came out the following day to do the sealing. They were very efficient in their work.

They ended up only doing 10 windows out of the 20 because they said the deal didn’t cover all the types of windows on my house. Of the 10 windows they cleaned, there were issues with 4 of them. I have sent them several emails because I wanted them to come back and re-clean the windows. They seemed to be way over booked and couldn’t get me scheduled for several weeks.

Pros: The man that came did a fine job. He was fast and friendly and the windows are beautifully clean and streak free. The company was able to change my appointment slightly to accommodate a medical issue. Cons: It took almost two months to get an appointment. Just lucky that it was a warm day in December. No one answers the phone, ever. That kind of bothers me. They do call back fairly quickly. Bottom Line: I have been looking for a company to clean my windows twice yearly. Maybe if I got on a regular schedule the two month wait wouldn't be an issue but that seems excessive. I think I will keep looking.

They sealed my deck. Initially I had some issues with the application. They came back and made special accomodations to made it right. Great folks to deal with, and would recommend them.

This would have been my third time using Precision Window Cleaning; the first time they did my windows and it was a very good experience, then I had them do my gutters and it was not such a good experience and I left a negative review here on Angie's List reflecting this experience. But since I had had such a good service on window cleaning I purchased this big deal to have them come out and do my windows. I contacted them a couple weeks after the purchase to arrange an appointment (approx late oct) they could not get me in until Dec. 9th. I was okay with this and my husband arranged to take off work to be home for the cleaning. Today I received a email from them letting me know that it has come their attention that I left them negative feedback from a previous job so they believe that it would be in both of our best interest that we find someone else to take care of our window cleaning needs and we should contact Angie's List for a refund. I called them within 10 minutes to try and clear this up but no one is answering their calls. Please note they waited several weeks; nearly a month in fact to notify me that they would not be completing the job. I feel as if this company is punishing me for my honesty. I would not hire them again for gutter service but I was trying to hire them for windows service.
