Description of Work: I live in a relatively new home, and this was the first time I had the gutters cleaned. I did not know quite what to expect---------the only thing I remember is my Father up on a ladder with a bucket and a scoop and manually cleaning his gutters. Anyway, most of the work was performed by one person, up on the roof with a motorized leaf blower-------yes, it was like a dust storm, WOW ! On the back of my home I have a pool with a very large patio, and numerous furniture. Yes, they attempted to clean up some of the silt and dust, but I spent days cleaning furniture cushions, not too mention the endless amount of time cleaning the silt from the bottom of the pool They spent forty minutes or so, but I spent days cleaning up their mess----NEVER AGAIN !

Description of Work: I purchased a BigDeal to have my gutters cleaned. While I was away in the morning, they came and did the job. When I returned, to say I was extremely dissatisfied would be an understatement and I called the company immediately. I had to leave a voice-mail message and the owner, Allen Baker, returned my call within 5 minutes. He listened to my complaint and within 30 minutes he and his employee came to my home. He was genuinely concerned with my dissatisfaction and he took the necessary steps to see that it was corrected. Mr. Baker is to be commended for the professional manner in which he handled this problem. This is how you secure--and keep--customers. The F for quality reflects only the initial work. After Mr. Baker made the necessary corrections, the quality of the work rated an B.
