Kent and his team are extremely professional and personable, have extraordinary craftsmanship and attention to detail, very respectful and responsible, working right on schedule and on budget. Kent is the perfect contractor. Months later, we still have people driving by the house to see the transformation and compliment us on the house. We're very grateful.
Description of Work: Replaced the front porch on our 1920s bungalow with an extension off our living room.

 + 1 moreKent and his crew run a tight ship. The jobsite is always clean and picked up at the then of the day. He works efficiently and keeps the owner and architect informed of every detail. When there are questions to ask or decisions to be made he is not afraid to ask them. He often has suggestions for solutions to the unforseen things that can sometimes pop up during construction. His pricing is accurate and fair, he keeps to the project timeline, and will follow up with any minor adjustments long after a project is finished. As an architect, I have recommended Kent Dugan and KMD Construction for many projects and will continue to do so in the future.
Description of Work: Bathroom and master bedroom remodel on second floor.

 + -1 moreThey are great, the best! They came 2 year ago. They did a great job, it was like a brand new condo. He said he would be there at 8 and he was there at 8. Took his lunch came back, left at 5 and the place was clean and neat. I could move around. They were spectacular. They were more punctual than i was and they are very professional.
Description of Work: I used KMD Construction to lay floors for me, they painted, they did a lot of things.

Description of Work: KMD laid hardwood flooring throughout my condominium, refinished kitchen cabinets, installed new countertops, painted entire condominium, installed carpet runners on stairs. The quote came in exactly as made. In addition to the perfect workmanship, KMD also made suggestions which I took which made the difference in an ok kitchen to a WOW kitchen. When it was finally finished I couldn't believe it was the same place, and others agree. All this for an excellent price, and done quickly. They showed up at 8, 1/2 hour for lunch, left at 5. I've never worked with a company that was so responsible on top of being creative and perfectionist. I know of other much larger and impressive jobs they have done, but even my small job is impressive. Highly recommended.

 + -1 moreThey are going to install windows, undertake some demolition work and are also going to coordinate some other work. They had done major renovation about 3 years ago for us. They are very prompt and courteous. The contractor pays good attention to the blinds. He also works things out with the architects and the owners. He keeps the job site impeccably clean. He does everything on time and is very respectful. We are going to use his services for our current project.
