Mark who works with him did a great job on the tile and paint. Their attention to detail was top notch! Everything is perfect. My dream kitchen!
Description of Work: My small kitchen is in a 100 year old house. We needed new everything! Cabinets, paint backsplash, granite countertops, floors.

+ -1 moreLots of communication prior to start of project, even allowing us to manage the cost by demo'ing the existing bathroom ourselves in preparation for their start. They showed up in a timely fashion every day, informing us of their intended work for the day. They were flexible as I made unintended changes along the way and were very professional in their execution of the work. Also, they were diligent in cleaning up as best as they could after each day's work. Overall, we were very satisfied with their work and would highly recommend them for any remodeling project

Description of Work: Remodeled 4 bathrooms and the kitchen which were very much outdated having never been changed after 20 years. Each bathroom and the kitchen was gutted and totally redone top to bottom.

+ -1 moreWell, we did not seem to connect personally. I kept telling him what I wanted done & he kept repeating what he was going to do. I wanted 2 separate wall ovens which would require a support being built in the wall for the second oven and a second electric 220 wire being run to the area. He kept referring to the oven as a double oven & didn't think it needed new electric. He told us that we could buy the cabinets at Home Depot & he would put them in. He did not have a contractor discount for the cabinets. I was very frustrated that he seemed to want to do things his way & not my way which would have made it difficult to work together. When his bid for the work came in at more than $22,000 Over other contractors, it was not a hard decision to choose a different contractor.
Description of Work: Cline Builders provided an estimate to remodel our kitchen. He came to the house & measured the area, took notes on all that we wanted him to do and said that he would send an estimate to take out all the old cabinets & put in new cabinets.

Description of Work: Complete demo and expansion of a 1/2 bath to a full bath. All new cabinetry and fixtures. Tile floor, walls and partial ceiling. Mike Cline is very professional and keeps a clean work area. Has come up with good ideas and is very careful and exacting in all of his work. He is about 2/3 complete with the job and I am completely satisfied so far. I would highly recommend Cline Builders.

Description of Work: Complete bathroom remodel . He removed everything down to the studs. He was very thorough and precise. Completely honest, he had a key to our house while we were gone. He worked with me when I made changes to the plan. He picked up the merchandise for me that I couldn't handle. Would feel comfortable using him again.

Description of Work: Gutted old bathroom, redid floor, built custom cabinetry, installed granite countertop in second bathroom. Added cabinets in laundry room & replaced floor. We are about to start work in Oct. on my master bathroom!

+ 2 moreIt went really great, it turned out fantastic. The realtor selling it was impressed by the changes made with a minimal amount of money. He is one of the best contractors I've worked with.
Description of Work: He remolded some of the baseboard molding, tiled my bathrooms, and hung cabinets. I provided the tile.
