AO Structural Engineers

Great experience! This is our first home and our first big project. I loved that they provide multiple options depending on the level of detail you want/need. We went with the option providing the google sketch-up, Eric was able to provide sample reports and sketchups beforehand so I had a better idea of which worked best for us, and he was very quick with responses and was able to come out to look at the house within a few days (I think they could have done it even sooner but we wanted a little time). We wanted to invest in the plans upfront in hopes that we can do more of the work ourselves and we love the level of detail provided in the report and sketchup. Would highly suggest using AO Structural Engineers!
