A friend of mine used your cleaning service herself and her husband are army vets they have 3 children just moved into their dream home after lying around $300 to have your people clean the place before hand but yet they didn't really clean and when she called you all , all that you would do for her is offer her a $20 refund!!! What are you kidding me?? So this is how you all treat people that not only served for our county but have 3 chikd which one is a baby... So she had to clean everything over while trying to take care of her kids unpack and tell the movers where to out her items because they couldn't go where they was supposed to because it wasn't cleaned this is unacceptable

They put my 15 year old 5 lbs Yorkie in the bathtub! When I got home she was in the bathtub of the guest bathroom. I am a single woman with a 19 year old son who was at work 45 minutes away. Molly Maid was the only people at my home that day. When I called to inquire they had the audacity to suggest that either my son came home from work to do it or someone broke into my home to do it. The gentleman even suggested I may have a disgruntled ex! Will NEVER use them again.

They did a great job. I would recommend them and use them, again.

We loved the service the staff is professional,polite,and hard workers. They would get our service done in a little more than an hour. They have competitive prices and are very responsive to any comments you call about They were punctual, if problem they called and let you know. If we ever needed the service again I would call them

They are punctual. Even though we have had a couple of misunderstandings, they do a good job. They bring their own cleaning supplies. They do what I ask. The price is reasonable. The administrators are very responsive and good.

They constantly had different people come and they never showed up at the same time. We had agreed to have the same cleaners each time due to our dogs. They wanted to change my day at the last minute. They brought their own products. The management lied all the time. One time they didn't show and I called them and they said one of the girls got in late. But she showed me her schedule and it had been changed. The job wasn't great.

The woman who came to clean my house had stolen $10,000 necklace from me. They were uncooperative in helping me get it back. I would not use them again.

They'd send the same two techs each time. They provided good service and did what they were supposed to do.

Needed a cleaning before my baby arrived. Two maids came for three hours and did a great job cleaning the 2.5 bathrooms we have. They also dusted our main floor and cleaned all hardwood floors. I was a little disappointed in the amount of work they were able to accomplish in that time. They said they could do the kitchen, but ran out of time. My mother owned her own cleaning business for a decade, and she did much deeper cleans than what I experienced with Molly maids. Nevertheless, they did a good job, just not outstanding for the expensive price.

Molly Maids have been cleaning my home on a monthly basis for the past 2 1/2 years. Their scheduling is extremely flexible and accommodating - even with very little notice. They are always asking for feedback regarding their services and seem to take that feedback into account. The services they provide are clearly identified, including changing bedsheets :-) , so that you know what to expect. There is a bit of turnover in personnel so you need to be sure to communicate any special needs to them so that any new maids are aware of them. While they are not perfect (sometimes missing a garbage can or neglecting to dust something) they do a much better job than other maids I have hired in the past and will also come back out to "fix" anything they miss if you call them within a day.

They are very accomadating, send out great people and do any awesome job. Have a very friendly and wonder office staff as well.

They did a great job! They send two girls who are very energetic! They didn't do any damage with the vaccuum cleaner.

I called around for house cleaning services because we are putting our house on the market. After having some quotes added up for us, (in person and on the phone) we decided to go with Molly Maids. They had the dates that we needed open and it was very easy to schedule and time for them to come to our house. I went over what needed to be done and the bad areas of the house, the square footage and all of the other details of my home with the sales rep. on the phone. I asked if someone needed to come out to give me a quote and she said no, but with the details I gave her that the estimate would be $195-$275. I asked if windows were included in this price and she said yes. She did say numerous times that the maximum that I would have to pay was $275. So I scheduled the appointment and two ladies came out to the house. They were on time and very polite ladies, but I wish their appearances would have been a little better (clothes were sloppy.) The estimate time for the girls to be at the house was 4 hours. I asked them to start upstairs, since this where my children nap at and I just thought it would not take them as long since I had just "fast cleaned" the day before, and the downstairs was the biggest thing they needed to do. I put the kids down for their naps and while doing so, I noticed dust on my daughters furniture, some of her decor in her crib, that wasn't there when I got her up in the morning and the rocking chair hadn't been touched. So I went into the master and again I found mud (from my dog) on the side of my dresser and the bathroom floor hadn't been touched either. While finding all of this I get a call from their office stating that if I wanted the girls to continue cleaning the downstairs I would have to pay 70 more for each additional hour. Already pretty mad at the situation I told the woman no, that I wasn't satisfied with the work done in the upstairs and I would much rather pay a babysitter and do it myself. Hearing this the customer service rep was very understanding and very upset that I did not have a good experience and sent the supervisor to my house so I could show her. The supervisor understood why I was upset with the work. They sent a new team out the following day and my house was cleaned the right way. The new team went beyond what they were supposed to and the house looked AMAZING! I was so happy with the new team and their work ethics! I just wished I had the second team the first time. If I had it would have been all A's. The supervisor and the customer service rep went beyond the call of duty to make sure I was happy, and I can not thank them enough. IF I ever pay to have my house clean again, I may call Molly Maids, if and only if I could get the second team again. I got their names and again was very pleased with them and their service.

The owner contacted me about my dissatisfaction with their cleaning services and asked me to try them again. He explained about the change of ownership and how under his management he has tremendously improved the quality of the cleaning services. The two women that came to clean did a great job. I was very pleased with their attention to detail and could tell they took a great deal of pride in their work. They were very personable and checked with me to make sure I was pleased with what they were doing several times. The owner came by two times to check on the quality. At this point I would hire them again and recommend them to others.

They are very good. They listen to my suggestions, they are on time and they do a good job. They are very energetic, much more so than the other team they had before. They are really nice people to deal with.

I called Molly Maid because I was having an event and wanted my house cleaned before. I only had four days before the event. They jumped on it! They came out immediately, as promised, and their team of two cleaned my home. One of the girls was young and didn't seem quite as attentive to detail, but the other one made up for it. I have used them in the past and will call them again. I'm very thankful they came out at the last minute.

They cleaning service always shows up on the day expected. The cleaning performed is average. The house is acceptable and cleaner, but they leave areas unserviced. They forget to clean the floor in a bathroom, turn off all the lights, take out all the garbage, not dusting an area, etc. The pervious list is not something they do all the time and they usually only do one or two of these things during any one cleaning. I have not had any problems with things missing or broken, like with previous cleaning services. The company is responsive and I'm willing to work with them on these little things.

They are responsive, consistent, and professional. Their cleaning is not exemplary but I trust them to be in my home when I’m not there.

They are wonderful, and they do very good work! It’s always nice to come home to a clean space. Also, they are flexible and able to roll with the punches. For example, when my electricity went out they continued to clean. Since they weren’t able to vacuum, they attempted to get up hair and bigger things with a broom. I really appreciated they extra effort!

They did a really good job. I think they worked efficiently and thoroughly. Overall, it was money well spent.

The girls that come are fairly young, and they do satisfactory work. Whenever there’s an issue, I mention it to management and it’s taken care of. Also, the girls themselves are very responsive to any concerns I raise with them.

Overall they were very good and did a good job but we had to have them come back because they missed a couple of areas. They had several people here for 4 hours. They came with 2 people and halfway through 3 more people came to clean. They did the main areas but they didn't move the couches and dust the baseboards. I guess they don't move things and we couldn't watch everything in 5 rooms. It was pretty good but we think they could have done better for $275. We probably would use them again.
