Overall this is a top notch company, with wonderful customer service skills. Don the owner and Kevin the office manager were true professionals and easy to work with. We had siding and gutters replaced and I feel like our house now is the nicest looking house in the entire neighborhood. The crew were extremely hard workers, one day they worked nearly 12 hours without taking a lunch break. The staff made helpful suggestions that enhanced the beauty of our home. We are so happy we choose Elegant Home Exterior.

IThey called quickly after my input of a request for information. Kevin, their office man, connected me with Don to set an appointment time. I found Don easy to deal with and he understood my need to do only half of my windows and doors at one time because of personal finances. Once we told him to go ahead and set a measurement date, we were ready to go. The only thing in the whole stage that wasn't cooperative was the weather. Soon our date for installation arrived. The install guys (for the life of me, I cannot remember their names) worked like a well rehearsed symphony. They were awesome together! When the job was finished, our back exterior where the doors and windows were placed looked fantastic. I would very highly recommend this company. Everyone in the company was professional and had our best interests at heart. Don recommended alternatives so we could stay within our budget, and I cannot say enough positive things about the installation guys. An A++ in my books. I will be dealing with them in the near future to finish the windows and doors for the front of the house.

The work was delayed by weather and schedule, but end result was worth the wait.

I had a HORRIBLE experience. Don totally freaks out about getting paid the second they are done At first it was like all the other reviews about how great they were. I have a 2 level deck.They were removing a deck and rebuilding it plus the other deck was getting new rails and new deck boards and add a gate between the two.They communicated well and let me know of any delays. Finally it was time to actually begin the deck. Day 1 - Huge crew came in took the old deck down and removed the old rails and deck boards from deck 2. Awesome.Day 2 - Huge crew again there all day .totally rebuilt the new deck without rails and put the new deck boards on, no rails on that one either. Day 3 , 4, 5 - no work done but Kevin was very good about letting me know about delays. So not jumping with joy but was ok with it. Day 6 - Finally they show up to finish but unfortunately a few of the workers called in only Rick ( master carpenter) and 1 other guy. Rick worked all day and was cleaning up so I went out to see the deck. Great. Nice solid deck. Beautiful carpentry. However small detail the gate that they charged me extra for wasnt there. I mentioned it to Rick but it was obvious he was tired and heading home. Plus there was a big pile of wood in my driveway and wood scraps all over the yard. Almost immediately Don and Kevin were calling me for a check. I ended up speaking with Don - thats a mistake. He was so incredibly rude to me . I NEVER said I would not pay them, NEVER said you MUST do the gate or I wont pay you . However thats what Don was going on about for 30 MINUTES Barking in my ear. All the money he had in the materials and he needed that money. I was at work and couldnt really talk much he was not listening, I finally hung up. I emailed Kevin and told him I didnt want Don at my home because of how he was acting. I told him what needed to be done and Kevin apologized and said it wouldnt happen again, that Don was having a bad day. Ok we agree Rick will come out do the gate, clean up etc. on Day11 - Finally they get there to finish up. I talked with Kevin and he asked me how I would feel like paying. He said they preferred a check . I said I would do an electronic one through my bank. Which I did. Day 13 14 were the weekend. Day 15 Im at work in a meeting,( Ive sent the check for the deck on Day 12) and my phone starts ringing its Don, then Kevin then Don again and again all within 10 minutes. I dont know about you but calling me like that makes me mad. Plus its not like I can tell my boss to go suck an egg I have to talk to the contractor. Only one message - where is the check. I am seriously slammed at work so I dont call back. I end up having to turn the sound and the vibrate off my phone because Don called so much. At this point I am getting extremely irritated. I probably would have handed them a check but people like Don scare me. I am a single Mom and didnt want him acting like this at my home.

We LOVE our new roof. Don was great at answering our questions, giving suggestions when asked. The roofers were very friendly and professional. They cleaned the yard up after they were finished. We don't have one negative thing to say. Would HIGHLY recommend!

They are professional and courteous. The quality of the work is outstanding. The siding, roof, gutters, downspouts and windows were all top quality materials. The look of my house is better than brand new. I would recommend the company to everyone. I plan to hire them in the future for landscaping. Elegant home exteriors llc rocks!

They did an excellent job adding an additional parking pad to my existing driveway. I will use them again for future projects.

Roof was completed in 3 days. More work is being Done. Gutters, soffits, doenspouts and Windows. Now if only the weather would cooperate. Don and his group are great and answer question and concerns.
