Wanda and her husband performed the initial interview/review of our house several months ago. They are two very friendly and ambitious people with a desire to please. I was impressed with their commitment to provide a satisfied customer. We agreed on the areas to clean and went over expectations. She is very thorough with explaining what they will provide and perform. Wanda cleans our house every two weeks with an assistant. My wife and I have been very pleased with her work. It is a pleasure to come home to a clean house (especially not having to do it ourselves!) Wanda is good with finish touches - surfaces are clean and shiny, and the bed pillows and child's stuffed animals are organinzed. I would definitely recommend their services.

Wanda has been great! She cleans our house biweekly and we feel like we are in very good hands whether we're home or not. She's open to feedback and hasn't hesitated to hit the special things that we point out to her. We really appreciate that! She cleans the main floor of our house: a master bedroom and bath, office, laundry room, half-bath, stairway, kitchen, large dining/living area, and screened-in porch. We highly recommend her!

This is the second time I have used this cleaning service and remain to be pleased both with their professionalism and their work product. All employees are very courteous, professional and punctual. In fact, I was scheduled to meet Wanda and her staff at my home for access to the residence and they were waiting for me upon my arrival. I also had to reschedule the original cleaning date and Wanda was willing and able to accommodate my request. I schedule this service monthly and maintain light cleaning in their absence; consequently, I both request and expect a deeper cleaning from a professional service. I have not been disappointed. Admittedly, I make an effort to ensure that clutter is removed and they are able to focus on a deep cleaning during my allotted time. I consider this effort time well-spent to allow for the deeper cleaning I know the house requires. The house always looks and feels much cleaner after Wanda and her staff have been here. Additionally, Wanda has always contacted me after a cleaning to confirm that I am pleased with their work. She regularly advises to contact her promptly if any issue is apparent; nonetheless, it is nice to contract with a service professional who makes an effort to request my feedback.

Wanda and John clean for us regularly (bi-weekly) and let me just say that they are truly "wonderful" in every sense of the word. Wonderful personalities, wonderful cleaning expertise, and a wonderful degree of patience. When you have a historical home filled with antiques, it makes you nervous to trust that all will be okay. However with Wanda and John, all will be more than okay, all will be perfect! We just celebrated our 1-year anniversary of working with Wanda and John and we couldn't be happier.

We were extremely happy with Wanda and her crew. When we received the quote we worried that it was a bit much to spend on cleaning but hoped that she would deliver an excellent result. Our decision to hire Wanda was money well spent. She worked extremely hard and left our house cleaner than we have ever seen it. What impressed us was the consistent level of detail that was delivered. Everything in our house was not just cleaned but also nicely organized. We are excited to hire Wanda going forward for routine once a month cleaning of our house. Given the level of detail and time spent by Wanda and her crew we thought the price was extremely fair.

They arrived at the time she stated, and went right to work. They did a excellent job deep cleaning my house, and they finished in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this company to all my friends!

Wanda was very nice and professional during the first visit. The price was $75.00 extra for the first time in and included three people for about 3-4 hours. She told me the price was for the job and she did not price hourly. They did a great job the first and second cleaning. The third cleaning the bathrooms were barely touched. The floors were not cleaned and the bathtub was not cleaned in one bathroom. I let Wanda know right away and she said she would do a better job next time. In the meantime, I had referred her to a next door neighbor. My neighbor and I shared a previous cleaner and I have been in my neighbor's house many times. Her house is much smaller and the cleaning did not include the basement. She was charged the same price because the cleaning was monthly. My neighbor was very upset about her first cleaning. The first floor was cleaned but the bathrooms were not cleaned (same issue I had) and the second floor really wasn't touched except for vacuuming and making the beds. She had paid $225.00 for the cleaning after the $75.00 fee. Well above any other housecleaner we have ever used. I had promised her Wanda would do a great job. I contacted Wanda and was told my neighbor's house was very messy and they could only get to the first floor. She had provided a total cleaning estimate and didn't perform a total cleaning. I had hoped Wanda would make it right with her but she didn't offer a refund or a free cleaning. For my first cleaning there were 3 people for 3-4 hours. For my neighbors cleaning there were 2 people for less than 3 hours. I contacted her several times hoping she would make it right but she didn't.

We have hired Wanda and her husband to clean every other week. They do a great job. Wanda has been very accommodating in terms of scheduling, and also very willing to do any little extra things I might need that week. They might be a little pricier than some, but still very reasonable and you definitely get what you pay for.

Came and did a thorough cleaning (took ALL day) and then 2 weeks later came for a routine cleaning. I have hired them to clean every other week! Wonderful people, very nice...professional, yet personable..easy to talk to. I felt very comfortable with them here.

Wanda and John are a great house cleaning team. I have worked with other house cleaners in the past and must say that Wanda and John do an outstanding job and are heads/shoulders above the rest. I have a large house and am very, very picky. Each time they clean it is shiny when they leave, plus it smells awesome! So far very, very happy with their service.

We were getting ready to put our house up for sale, and we needed someone to come in a do a thorough whole house cleaning. Found Wanda's name on Angie's List, and wow...what a find! Not only was she able to work us in to her schedule 2 days later, but the level of cleaning was fantastic. Wanda and her husband work as a team and they scrubbed our 2400 sq ft home from head to toe. It looked amazing when they were finished. Not only that, but Wanda (and her husband) are two of the nicest and most personal people you would want to meet. To top it off, our house sold in just 2 days! Part of the reason I think was because it looked so clean. If we were staying in the Northern Kentucky area, I would definitely use Wanda on a regular basis to clean our home. I highly recommend Wanda if you want a thorough house cleaning at a fair price.

First Wanda and husband came to see the area. Spent about 30-40 minutes talking things through. Delightful couple. Made me feel comfortable. Set appointment and they came right when they said they would. Got right to work. Very thorough. Never rushed through but took their time making sure all was done properly. They were here 4 1/2 hours first time. That is why it was $250.. Next time much less. They showed me what they did and then made a follow up call that evening to make sure all was okay. We discussed a few minor things that can be taken care of next time they come. VERY NICE EXPERIENCE AND A SPARKLING CLEAN HOME. :-)

I am so pleased with the results. I will have her come biweekly from now on. The cost I posted was for the one time deep clean. Her biweekly cleaning cost is very reasonable. We have 4 small children and 3 adults living in our home. She got every smudge and mark off of everything. She and her husband cleaned our home top to bottom, and are very thorough and professional. I am so happy to have found her on Angies List!

i have nothing but nice things to say about Wanda and her husband. As a working couple, it is so nice for us to come home to a spotless house at the end of a day. Wanda and her husband go above and beyond to ensure their clients are happy. When they left our home was not only tidy but gleaming!

Wanda is the utmost professional. She is prompt in returning calls. If she runs late, she calls. She is painstakingly thorough. She cleaned an antique side table my grandmother passed down to me. Since I was a little girl, I thought that table had a dark black wood stain. Thanks to Wanda, the table is beautiful and you can see the grain of the wood, for the first time in over half a century! Wanda will clean every nook and cranny. The odd items and papers found during cleaning, she neatly stacked. She is very conscientious. On top of all this she is so friendly that when you meet her, you will feel as though you have already known her.

We were preparing for a party and we had Wanda detail clean the first floor of the house. She is meticulous with her cleaning. She even wiped all kitchen cabinets and detailed areas I had not thought of. She is very personable and easy to work with.
