Not well. When I purchased this through Angie's List Wanda never called me back. I was advised the provider would contact me usually within 24 hours. Finally I called her after waiting 2 weeks. She said there had been family illness and she would get back with me. She didn't. I had to call her again. After many weeks and phone calls she finally came to look my place over. It took more time to get an estimate and something scheduled. So I think it's fair to say responsiveness is not good. Now let's talk about pricing. First of all, her deep cleaning is very expensive and I told her that. She rationalized and rationalized some more about the cost but the price remained high in my opinion. We finally settled on a regular cleaning. But here's the bad surprise. She charges you $100 just to come to your house; that was NEVER mentioned to me ahead of time. So she's charging you before ever cleaning a thing. She gave me a discount on that of $50, I guess because I had to wait so long to get her there. Then she charged me another $100 for cleaning 3 rooms. The worst part was, she didn't accept the Angie's payment I had made. She said that was for deep cleaning. In our many conversations, she never mentioned she wouldn't accept the Angie's payment. Unfortunately this failure to communicate on her part was costly. She failed to tell me she charges $100 for first time customers. She failed to tell me she wasn’t going to accept the Angie’s payment because it wasn’t a deep clean. When it came time to settle up she wanted $150 more dollars. She kept saying she wanted to be fair but I question that. Fair to whom? Not me. Her cleaning was okay. I had no complaint with that. She told me I could get my original $50 refunded but when I contacted Angie’s List they said “no” because it was more than 30 days since I signed up for it. I told them it was more than 30 days before Wanda ever got back with me to give an estimate. They said they would review the case and they did. On November 3 Angie's List said they told the company to reach out to me and as of November 7 she still has not. Buyer beware - don't be in a hurry and get things in writing from this one!

Wanda did a great job. As soon as I walked into my home after being cleaned, I was immediately hit with a clean smell that put a smile on my face. She tidied up things I had left lying around and left my place looking great. I was very happy with how clean my house was.

Outstanding job. Wanda had to work around other contractors and juggle her schedule to complete the job- but managed to balance everything and leave the house in great shape.

There were two things we noticed in particular after the cleaning was done; first, that the house "felt" / smelled completely clean, but also that the house was noticeably brighter - the lights and light fixture covers were all cleaned, and that was an obvious difference. Wanda and her husband are very personable and very nice people, as well as prompt and did a great job!

This was the first time I've worked wtih Wanda, and I can already tell Wanda cares a lot about the people she cleans for and takes good care of the homes she cleans. Wanda and her team went out of their way to fit us in before they left on a pre-scheduled trip and we really appreciated it. A team of three came - I think they arrived around 10 or 10:30 (could have been earlier, that's just an estimation because they called with some initial questions at 10:40) and were gone by the time my husband stopped by at 3:40 p.m. I think having three people work together helped them get a lot done. They supply their own cleaning supplies with the exception of trash bags and paper towels. She gave me an estimate range before seeing the house, and after seeing the house quoted a price toward the top of that estimate, $600, - in part because of all the dust. I have a family member who has a huge, sprawling home complete with movie room, and more bedrooms and bathrooms than we have (easily more than double the square footage), who pays $145 every two weeks and pays $600 for deep cleans including all the baseboards, fridge, appliance wipe down, etc. etc. in a much larger house, so I was a little taken aback by the quote, but Wanda and her husband seem extremely competent and kind, and there WAS quite a lot of dust on all the wood floors and a lot of wood to clean, in addition to stuff laying around from cosmetic changes to the house along, etc. so we moved forward with the cleaning. We didn't have too much furniture in the house - we haven't moved in yet - but we did have lots of tools and nails, etc. on the kitchen counter, a box of wood planks in one of the rooms and some other "renovation" stuff around - cardboard boxes, some window treatments that were sitting on the floor, etc. to work around. Everything was in dire need of a clean - the bathrooms - while not dirty from use per se - were dirty with lots of built up dust from not having been used enough. The bathtubs/shower stalls were stale and in need of a clean. The results were great. Wanda and her team didn't service our screened in porch, garage or any of the basement - so they had to handle three bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dining room and den. One of those bedrooms is full of all the things we've brought into the house so far, so Wanda's team did do the blinds and some basic cleaning in that room, but just worked around what was there (which was fine). The other two bedrooms they cleaned very well. A huge reduction in dust, and the blinds look good. They also did the light fixtures. Both upstairs bathrooms were GREAT - they had needed cleaning badly and Wanda and her team did a great job on them. Particularly, one bathroom had lots of drywall on the counter and in the sink from the changing out of a light fixture - and she cleaned all of it up and it was spotless. The shower in the master bath was also fresh and clean. They also did a great job in the kitchen - everything looked clean, and they had to move a lot of stuff off the counters to be able to do the job well - and they did. I was disappointed they didn't wipe out the fridge shelves (since this is a deep clean), but overall the kitchen looked move-in-ready otherwise (it's also possible they did wipe them down and I just couldn't tell - either way, I think they'll need another pass before we move in). They did a good job wiping down all our wood cabinets, etc. They also soaked our kitchen sink - which our painters had gotten tons of paint on by cleaning their brushes in without wiping up paint - paint residue remained even after the cleaning, but I don't blame them, they went above and beyond soaking it with bleach trying to get it off. My husband ended up getting it off but had to go to Home Depot to buy paint remover to do so (something I would never expect a cleaning team to provide). The bathroom in the basement was also nearly spotless, with the exception of the basement shower seeming a little grimier than the others upstairs that were spotless and perfect. Overall, we are very happy. Wanda couldn't be kinder, and she and her husband are a great team. He does woodwork and handyman work and my husband was very impresed with the pics he saw of her husband's work and we'd considering using him in the future beyond the cleaning. The biggest pros were Wanda and her team going above and beyond with drywall and dust clean up, moving things off the kitchen counter to clean and working us in early. The biggest drawback was the price, higher than some other cleaners - but I like to pay people fairly for their time, and believe they spent a lot of time with the amount of dust, etc. in the house. I hope to update this review when I have more info about maintenance cleans - Wanda suggested that part of the price was due to all the dust and other renovation buildup, so hopefully the maintenance fees will be a price more consistent to what I've paid in the past. Very thorough cleaning, including cleaning of bathroom and grout in shower, dusting or washing all surfaces in kitchen and other rooms in house, floors, vacuuming rugs, cleaning light fixtures, finding and removing cob webs, and more. Books were removed from shelves and dusted, objects were carefully removed so surfaces could be cleaned. My house was very clean and a neighbor commented that it smelled nice. They also did not object to my dog and cat being with them.

She does a wonderful job. I would recommend.

Wanda is responsive to feedback, hard-working, and reliable. I hope to continue utilizing her services on a routine basis.

Wanda and her husband did a thorough deep-cleaning prior to beginning a bi-weekly cleaning service. They were prompt and completed that initial job just as they had quoted. We are very happy with their work and look forward to our life without cleaning. We highly recommend them.

My parents who aren't able to get around very well needed there condo cleaned so I hired Wanda to clean it and my mother and father just love her and her husband John! My father is disabled and my mother takes care of him so she is unable to clean her house like she used to and Wanda and John have helped her out tremendously! She just raves about how clean her place looks after they get done. Thank you Wanda and John!!

Wanda and her husband John did a fabulous job! My house has never sparkled as much as it does when they are finished cleaning! I have had my house cleaned for years and my 18 year old son has never said a word after its been cleaned in the past and he even tells me that that the new house cleaners do a really good job! I would recommend Wanda and John to any of my friends and family!

Amazing! Wanda did an amazing job and i am having her back on a regular basis. I live in a historic house so its quite a challenge but Wanda was all over it! She cleaned my floors and I have never seen them shine like that before. She also pays tremendous attention to detail like cleaning the lights, getting all of the pictures, mirrors and their frames sparking clean. Its such a relief to have someone who cares about doing a fabulous job that you can also trust to take care of your home.

Outstanding. Wanda and John showed up when the said and worked exactly as they said. Our house looked and smelled so clean. Wanda made our bathroom look like a hotel room with the angled toilet paper and fanned tissue.

Great- Wanda did a great job with the cleaning and was able to meet our tight schedule. The house was in pretty bad shape when we purchased it and were amazed with the results.

Wanda and her team are amazing. I am recuperating from some major surgery and was disgcouraged by my home the cobb webs and dust. Wanda and her team came in and it looked immaculate. She's not cheap, but you get what you pay for with Wanda. I couldn't be happier. I'm still smiling as I sit on the couch.

We did not hire this cleaning crew. The price was WAY too high. Our home was not that dirty at all. We just wanted to have a deep clean in preparation for placing our home for sale. We found another company to clean for half the price and the job they did was STELLAR! Also, communication was an issue. She claimed that she wasn't getting my texts. She admitted that she's had problems with her service. If you know about it, then get a different phone. That's not a valid excuse for a business owner working with customers.

The work was done very well. We were so pleased to see how thorough the cleaning was done. She was able to work us in on our schedule which was very helpful.

Wanda did an excellent job of cleaning our house. We were able to call, have her come out the next day and appraise the job and schedule our cleaning two days later. Wanda knew we were on a time sensitive schedule and was able to rearrange some of her other clients to fit us in promptly. Our house is cleaner than when we first moved in! A+

Wanda cleans my home regularly. She and her team do a great job! This is not a situation where the owner gives you the bid, but some other crew shows up. Wanda is hands-on, and she is extremely thorough with high attention to detail. Her pricing is very fair. One thing that I really appreciate is Wanda's responsiveness whenever I need to contact her for any reason. I am very careful about who I let in my home when I'm not there, and I can say that I trust Wanda and her team completely. I am very pleased and would recommend her highly.

Wanda is timely and dependable with the schedule. Pricing is reasonable and fair. If you need a change of service she is flexible as her schedule allows. If she has any change in her schedule she gives you timely notice. Communication is excellent on all accounts. I have never had an issue with any aspects of the cleaning outcomes and Wanda is a pleasure to work ! I would highly recommend Wanda for anyone looking for this professional service as she is the best I have ever had!

Wanda and her husband were prompt and courteous with us, as well as very prompt to respond to inquiries and requests. The services to date have been excellent, and we plan on continuing to utilize her services well into the future. Wanda and her husband did a great job. They were friendly and easy to work with. They came in and did a deep cleaning of the house prior to sale. Both Wanda and her husband were easy to work with and eager to please. Definitely would hire again (and have).

Wanda and her team were always punctual and gave a thorough effort, usually spending a few hours cleaning my house. I appreciate the attention to detail that she brought up front to get familiar with the house and learn the ins and outs of what we wanted done vs what was a nice to have so she could prioritize her time. It was always nice to find a few nice surprises as well on some extra that were nice to come home too after being away for the day.
