+ -1 moreTHE EXPERIENCE WAS TERRIBLE. THEY TOOK 3 DAYS TO INSTALL CARPET THAT WAS ONLY SUPPOSED TO TAKE 1 DAY. THEY LEFT BEHIND REFUSE, CIGARETTE BUTTS, AND SCRATCHED BOTH MY WALLS AND MY BASEBOARDS. THE CARPET WAS BEAUTIFUL, BUT THE SEEMS SHOW AND THEY CAUSED US A LOT OF UNDUE ANXIETY. THIS WAS A CINCINNATI BRANCH OF THE COMPANY.
Description of Work: CARPETED IN A NEWLY FINISHED BASEMENT.

+ 0 moreTHIS COMPANY WAS GREAT TO WORK WITH. I FORGOT TO ASK THEM TO INSTALL LINOLEUM IN FRONT OF THE ENTRY DOOR AND PHONED THIS IN. THEY CHOSE A COMPLEMENTARY COLOR THAT I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH. THE JOB TOOK A LITTLE LONGER DUE TO THE AMOUNT OF CARPET THEY WERE LAYING AND SOME DIFFICULTY REMOVING OLD CARPET, BUT THEY WERE VERY FLEXIBLE WITH MY SCHEDULE.
Description of Work: WHOLE HOUSE CARPETING, BASEMENT AND STAIRS INCLUDED. OLD CARPET REMOVED. LINOLEUM INSTALLED IN FRONT OF ENTRY DOOR UPSTAIRS AND IN BASEMENT-GARAGE ENTRY.
