PRO FLOORING

Lied about arrival time. “He’s on his way. He’ll be therein 1 hour” 4 hours later he showed up, he was busy on his 1st job. Carpet is not stretched tight. You can see subfloor under baseboards if you look, it should go under baseboards that are raised for carpet. When I tried to ask questions the installer replied “speak little English. They were supposed to do another house for me, the installer was supposed to be there between 9&12. He called around 11 and said he was on his way, but his previous job was far from me and it would be about 2 hrs. ( I guess he was making me wait in case he made it here) 3 hours later they’re office called and said he would not make it because he was busy on another job. I took off work and wasted my day for nothing. I told them to take me off their schedule. Honesty is not one of their policies. Do not trust them. I would not recommend using Pro Flooring.

I had laminate flooring put down throughout my whole house by Pro Flooring as a subcontractor though Lowes a couple of years ago. After the original job was done I would recommend them to anyone who were in the market for flooring installers. I now have a couple of laminate strips coming unglued so I decided to call Pro Flooring since they did the original job so that they hopefully do the repair work. Both my husband and I tried calling them to get an estimate and all I got was voice mail and my husband did speak to someone who said it could be done but the individual would call back with half an hour as he was not in yet. That individual never called back and after that one time of speaking to someone all my husband got was voice mail where he left messages but never received a call back. I will be going with someone else to do the repair.

I have used them several times in the past and will continue to use them in the future. They do an outstanding job and are very professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend their services to others.

The installed did a great job. The floor looks great and the workmanship was excellent. All the joints are tight and the trim looks very good.

Called to schedule an appointment for an estimate. Phone call from estimator was returned very promptly and scheduled. I needed to have the drywall work and the painting completed before the carpet could be reinstalled. Called back when room was ready and appointment was scheduled for installer to come out first day after the holiday weekend. Installer was early for appointment but that was not a big deal. Better early than late! He came in, did the job quickly and efficiently. No complaints. We've used this company twice now and have been completely satisfied with their work. Everyone from the office staff to the installer was friendly and professional.
