They were very prompt in coming for the estimate, which was a major plus - part of the reason I chose them was because some of the other companies couldn't even come for an estimate until a week afterwards. I gave them a month's notice though granted it was the busy season. The guy was prompt, generated an estimate right then and there after walking through and noting everything. I felt comfortable that their quote was accurate since he seemed to really pay attention to what was in the closets and drawers. Not sure if that truly makes a difference to the weight but it helped. He was also careful about which pieces were going and which were staying, which the other company didn't seem to pay as much attention to. Packers worked quickly and seemed to be careful. One of the things I liked most was that one of the guys who packed was also the driver who unloaded on arrival side, which was much more comfortable knowing whom you were dealing with. Another guy would have come too but unfortunately he was injured during the move out. Some concerns I had were that they didn't seem always the most careful - some of the guys were careful but others weren't as careful. There was some damage to the house, no offer to repair or pay for the repairs. The last problem was that we found a glass knickknack laying free in a box - so of course it was damaged. We couldn't understand why it had just apparently gotten thrown in there. Everything else was well-packed. On the other end of the spectrum, we had a custom art cabinet made of wood, long legs that I was afraid would get snapped off in transit. A guy came and made a custom-box with padding to protect it and it arrived perfectly undamaged (for an additional fee of course). I believe without this box and the storage the price would have come to around $7,000 I think (crossing 2 states). The final price included a discount for some of the days we had to leave everything in storage. Overall I would use this company again, but would feel more comfortable if I could hand-pick who came to pack and move our stuff.

Wonderful experience, all the way from the quote to the unloading in Florida. They came out with 7 guys to load up my house and were understanding with my lack of experience of packing! They had priced matched my lowest quote and delivered all of the materials (paper,tape,boxes) for free to my house so I could pack. Other companies either gave you boxes for free and you had to pick them up or charge you for boxes. That service alone saved us a lot of money and time. Chris, the driver, was very organized and professional and so was his crew. Overall, I would highly recommend and would use them again in a heartbeat if we ever move. Nothing was damaged...which is a first for us. We have moved many times and they made a very stressful situation much nicer. Thanks guys!

They were punctual, prompt and efficient. They did a good job. They were polite and they did not damage anything. They were responsive and professional.

Their team did a great job of quickly packing up all our our household into boxes for moving. Packing entire 4 bedroom house took only one day and all items arrived at new home in Colorado in good condition. Took extra care to ensure no liquids were packed so that nothing could have been damaged as has happened in past moves.
