He was there fast and got right in without damaging the car. I did not call around so maybe I paid the going rate. My price rating may be low.

Joe, a very personable young man who is also a certified locksmith, arrived promptly. He took care of the cedar chest problem first. I was afraid he might have to drill out the lock to open it, but he took off the back hinges and finally figured it out. I was thrilled that there was no damage to the chest, which was 63 years old. Then he took care of the laundry room/garage door. He had brought a whole new door knob set in case he needed it, but after checking it out, he told me he wouldn't have to use the whole set, which saved me money. He just replaced the insides of the lock since a piece had broken. He also lubricated the lock on a very old wooden bookcase with glass doors and as he was leaving he noticed the front door knob was loose, so he tightened that up as well. I was totally satisfied and would highly recommend Joe and Munday Lock service!

Wow (insert frowny-face here). On the first call they quote a price but weren't available to do the service that afternoon. They said to call back. So, I did the following day. Again, they were not available, but told me to show up at 8:30 AM (opening) the following day and they would program it for me. I did. Once there, they told me the guy with the machine takes it home with him at night, and that he had forgotten my appointment and went on another all-day job about 35 miles away. I voiced my frustration and they told me I should have called before leaving for my appointment at there shop, They took my number and said they would have the boss call me when he was available to do the work. In passing, the counter guy mentioned that the key they would program for me was not the key I wanted (he had just given my key back to me). It seems they were going to sell me a security chip key, but it would not contain the remote entry function. They did call 6 hours later to tell me the guy wouldn't be available because he was busy. By then, I had gone to Zimmer Chrysler Plymouth (who I just rated as excellent) and got the correct key in a jiffy. I can't compare Munday's quoted price to Zimmer's because I bought the complete item from Zimmer and Munday was going to sell me a partially functional chip. Funny how it took two calls and a visit to learn they couldn't even do the job that I wanted.
