Horrible! I will never again purchase anything from Lowes in Florence, Ky. From day one this purchase was an absolute circus. The sales associate put my purchase in as taking my washer and dryer with me. I don’t have a truck! It took 2 days shy of 2 weeks to receive the units. Here’s the kicker. The delivery personnel did not have the dryer cord or hose I purchased with the dryer. I have to wait another day to have that installed. An absolute headache for 1,500.00. I implore you to not purchase any appliances from Lowes in Florence, Ky. I would write the whole experience but it’s just too much. Im so DONE with this store. Poor customer service and delivery was absolutely horrible all the way around. First and last buy from this store!

flawless return-quickly accomplished-customer service at the Western Hills store on Harrison Rd. was simply superb!

The price was $13,000 and that included the floor/ cali bamboo. I purchased the flooring there and they installed. The quality was kind of weird. The issues went away but they used an under padding/under material underneath the cali that was very noisy until you walked on it a couple of months. Now, it is perfect. They told us that it would take a while for the noise to go away. Our problems are behind us. I was told one thing and I didn't want quarter rounds and they had to use quarter rounds. There were few minor things like that. I painted all the baseboards and quarter rounds because when they came in, the material was dirty and didn't look very good. I personally painted that myself. However, Lowe's gave me credit for doing that work. They took care of me, I am not complaining.

Two people came to do this and it took a couple of hours. Area was left acceptable. They do quality work in a timely manner. It was acceptable.

It was a good experience. Their price was good and their work was guaranteed. They were timely and their customer service was excellent.

I really, really liked my experience with Lowe's. It was awesome.

LOWES is a great store. I purchased various maintenance items. Their employees are very professional and responsive. I will be using this store again in the future.

Lowes was pretty good. But, I was not really happy with the company referred by them, because part of the job, where a couple of chips that the company had fixed on the corner of the counter top, broke off and then they fixed it. They tried to claim that it was a natural seizure, but it wasn't as it was visible. But this had nothing to do with Lowe it was the granite company. Then they had also not brought the same flap that I wanted which I had picked up as my selection. I did not take the picture of it which I should have done.

It went well. The gentleman that did the service was very professional. Any questions we had he would explain them to us. When they set up the frame on the outside, it was supposed to match, but they sent the wrong color. They had to come back out, but did a good job and cleaned up well.

He was kind and cleaned up after himself. He was extremely professional. They even made a follow up call to make sure I was satisfied with the work that had done.

.The service was good and they gave me free delivery which was really nice.

Very well, no problems to report.

Good prices for mulch and other outdoor supplies. Not to mention they had what I needed in the off-season. They also had free plastic available to line the trunk of my car so the mulch didn't get it all dirty. The location is not as convenient for me compared to the other popular home improvement store. I seem to be able to get in and out of the other place faster as compared to Lowe`s. Also, the cashier on this particular day was complaining to me about not getting off of work on time.

THE STAFF WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND MADE ME WAIT IN A LONG LINE OF OTHER CUSTOMERS WITHOUT EVEN ACKNOWLEDGING OUR PRESENCE. THEY CHARGED ME THE WRONG PRICE AND IT TOOK AT LEAST 7 PHONE CALLS TO STRAIGHTEN IT OUT AND GET MY CREDIT.

THIS WAS GREAT. I FELT LIKE I PAID A VERY FAIR PRICE AND I WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED IN THEIR SERVICE. I RECOMMEND TO LOWES INSTALLATION TO ANYONE.
