The fixtures are nice looking. I had an electrician here all day, 7:30am to 3:00pm installing. Early on we discovered the kitchen fan had a defective switch. Because it was brand new, I contacted the store to replace switch. They could not get to me for 8 days. The fan is partially installed but does not work, so no light and no fan in my kitchen for 8 days, and of course it is 91 degrees. The store technician hopes he can get it going when he gets here, otherwise I am supposed to wait another two weeks for a replacement.
Description of Work: Supplied three light fixtures and two ceiling fans for my remodel project.

The ceiling fan made noise after it was installed. They were very happy to replace it. Also, one of my lamps was damaged and they reduced the price. Very good customer service.
